I purchased Facetune Video Unlimited…

I purchased Facetune Video Unlimited Access in 2021 through the App Store, paying R$399.90 for a lifetime license.
The app is now discontinued, and the company refuses to honor or migrate my access to their new app (Facetune 2), even though it replicates the same core features. They are now requesting a new payment.
This contradicts what was originally offered and violates the expectations of a lifetime purchase. The company is unwilling to refund or provide a proper solution.
I requested that review about this practice, as I believe it may not align with App Store policies around in-app purchases and long-term access. I also told them that this is not a matter of money — it is a matter of honor what they promised.
