Fantastic customer service. I ordered some fake candles for Halloween 🎃 two of them worked but one didn’t . I wrote an emails to the team at lights4fun and they promptly responded and quickly resolved my problem . Communication was excellent and great customer service. I will be ordering from them again soon . 👍🏻😊
I had problems with the candles I purchased a year ago but had not used. The candles were brought for a particular candle holder, which due to having building work done I had not erected. I followed the instructions (I thought) the candles did not work, I thought, I called the above company, the member of staff was extremely helpful, I did not realise I had to press the button on the bottom of the tapered candle, I just want to say a big THANK YOU.
