Illegal trade and weird behaviour
Along with two expensive lamps, I bought a floor switch (< 10 Euro). The floor switch was meant for a table fixture, placed on my floor. The switch came with no instructions, even though it is mandatory according to EU-legislation. As I could not open the switch when I followed the “open” embossed in the bottom, the Company sent me a video of one of their employees, where I could see, that it should be opened somewhere else. I then assembled the switch, turned it on and the lamp’s transformer got very warm and broke. I contacted the company, and they said it was because I used the floor switch for a table fixture. I asked them to explain, but there was no response. Even though I asked them, why the switch would not work with a table fixture. They would not replace my transformer. When I told them, I Would give them a bad rating on Trustpilot, they suddenly offered to replace the transformer, but I have heard nothing and they do not reply, so here we are!!!!

Catastrophic experience
Catastrophic experience. First, they sent a product that was not in line with the description (wrong transformer, lamps etc) and when trying to reach their customer support they simply ignore me and its been weeks. Do NOT order from LamGallerian.se.

It is now 9 days since I ordered a lamp…
It is now 9 days since I ordered a lamp and I have already written once to support and was told that it would take 3 to 5 work days to ship it. But now they have passed and nothing happens. Where is my lamp???

Unfortunately we didn't have a successful experience with Lampgallerien.
Here is a brief summary of my experience with them:
A- We purchased 4 different lamps in which the supplier of one of them had a very late delivery (close to 2 month). My problem is that they held the entire purchase (even though they had the rest of the items in their stock) until everything is available. I guess it could be a difference of opinion but I think the logical approach would have been to send those that are available earlier (each individual item fulfilled the free-delivery condition).
B- On their website it says 1-3 days of delivery. We got status of our purchase via automatic emails and the last email that we got confirmed that they have received all of the items but still we received them in the mail almost 2 weeks after.
C- when the package arrived, the Lamp we had to wait 2 month for, had a chipped glass (supplier's fault of course). I send an email with photos (on Dec 16th) and no one has replied yet (today is Jan 06th).
D- In order to return this lamp, we need to send an email and request a return form. Unfortunately this has been a week since I sent that request and again no one has answered yet.
I can understand that due to COVID19 many businesses are affected and we should try to support as much as we can but unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. At least my experience hasn't been successful.
I hope they make the changes they need in their customer support.

So I have been contacted with LampGallerian regarding my purchase and they offered to return the money back. This was really surprising (in a very good way) since I haven't experienced such customer service in Sweden before. Therefore I think it is only fair that I update my rating as a result of this (My previous rating was 1 out of 5).

Do not trust delivery dates on web page
Ordered lamps with expected delivery time of 3-6 business day. After two weeks, I recieve an email where they revise the delivery date for another five weeks due to low stock at the supplier. Absolute crappy handling of my order and delivery dates on web page is not to be trusted under any circumstances. However, the customer service agent was quite nice.
