Great Service and Beautiful Products!
I just purchased a home in Italy and found LIGHT SHOPPING after searching online for light fixtures for my house.
Since I discovered them, I've purchased several hand blown lamps and chandeliers, all at a reasonable price for being made in Italy. And every one of them is absolutely gorgeous! What's even more impressive -- Light Shopping's quick delivery and customer service.
I will continue purchasing lamps for my home from Light Shopping and I highly recommend them.

Minus
- time consuming buying process (order+estimate+payment/bank transfer+delivery= approx. 1 month) - much longer than expected
- customer service appears to be overloaded
- orders appear not be checked by technical personnel (I ordered wall mounted LEDs and driver, but driver was too big to fit through the wall opening and had to buy 2 smaller drivers)
- company did not offer to return the unused driver, even if total purchase was more than 2500 Euros

Good prices, fast shipping and helpful customer care.
I've been looking for some made in Italy lights for a long time and didn't want to order one abroad in case it got broken or if I had any issues.Thankfully Light Shopping customer care that kept me posted along all proces! Very happy with the experience, will definitely be buying again.

Excellent customer service
Until something goes wrong it is difficult to know how good a company really is. I had a huge Luna 4 light delivered damaged. Sabina in Light Shopping customer services was fantastic. She arranged collection of the damaged light and manufacture and delivery of a replacement. It did take quite a while to organise but Sabina kept me updated by email and telephone and was extremely helpful and concerned about the situation. I will definitely order again, selection and prices great plus good experience overall.
