I have been treated by Natalie since the LTC opened. I have cheek and lip fillers and the results have always been excellent.......beautiful but subtle. She has an expert eye and delicate touch. Highly recommend her.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

My mother brought me here with her to get our lips done by a trusted professional. The service was lovely, very kind staff who listen to exactly what you want. However, the first time I got my lips done with Natalie they were very very lumpy and uneven. She said it’s just the swelling and to come back in a week for a free topup if the lumps are still there (which she also said will probably disappear by a weeks time anyway as it’s just swelling).

Anyway, the week goes by and, despite the overall size obviously decreasing in my lips and therefore the lump size decreased alongside, the lumps and unevenness still remained. She was very nice about it and offered a free fixing but that’s where everything went horrific. My lips, even now 6 months on (I got my lips done in august 2020) have horrific lumps and although the majority of the filler has actually dissolved now, I still have bumps and migration everywhere. The filler is no longer in my top lip but has indeed latched onto the area above my upper lip, making them look cheap, tacky and unprofessionally done.

The first question I get asked by people who meet me for the first time is ‘have you got your lips done?’ I got 1ml and had no filler in my lips prior to this. 6 months later and I’m still getting asked this question.

Everyone who’s asked about the price is absolutely shocked that I spent over £400 on this.
I have been so self conscious for the last 6 months and obviously due to covid there is nothing I can do about it.

I would just like to reiterate, do NOT come here. Filler is extortionately overpriced and the result is atrocious. Absolutely appalled and in utter despair.

Natalie is an excellent practitioner. She knows how to use the best of the industry to bring out the best in her patients. I have been going to LTC for years. It is the best for treatments and products, all with a personal touch that is irreplaceable.

Have been attending the light touch clinic for some years and I find the whole team very friendly and professional. Dr Natalie is great with so much knowledge and passion about aesthetics and immediately feel at ease

This is a quality clinic and all treatments are carried out with care. Natalie in particular is first class. The current Covid arrangements are v good. The clinic is spotless and hand sanitizer everywhere. The staff wear aprons and masks - and the reception area is screened. I felt confident they were keeping clients and staff safe

The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. I have been coming to Light Touch for over a year and can’t recommend it enough.

I was seen straight away for my appointment. No fuss treatment , excellent service.
