Smooth support and fast resolution
I had to go through an income/source of funds verification process, and honestly I was a bit worried at first due to previous bad experiences with other platforms.
However, the Lightyear support team handled everything very professionally. They asked clear and specific questions, responded quickly, and the whole process felt transparent and fair. There was always communication, which made a big difference.
I also appreciated that they didn’t overcomplicate things unnecessarily — once I provided the required documents, the review was completed quickly without any issues.
Overall, a very positive experience. It’s good to see a platform that takes compliance seriously but still treats users like actual people.

I am very satisfied with the overall experience and the services provided by Broke Lightyear. Everything works smoothly and meets my expectations.
The only improvement I would suggest is the availability of fractional shares for all European stocks. I believe this feature would significantly enhance flexibility and accessibility for investors.
I hope this will be implemented in the near future.
