Lack of accountability throughout the end-to-end process .

Good morning,

I purchased a table and a bed headboard from you in Week 40, and at the time of the purchase I was informed that the delivery lead time would be up to 4 weeks. I only received my order yesterday, in Week 50.

When I contacted the sales team, I was told that “the delivery timeline is not your responsibility”, which, from a customer-experience standpoint, significantly reduces the perceived value and is quite disappointing.

Due to the delay and the failure to meet the promised timeline, I had to cancel events at my home and look for temporary solutions. The lack of accountability throughout the end-to-end process has been very frustrating.

I would appreciate if you could look into this matter.

I have looked into your case in detail, and I can see that your order was a pre-order. At the time of purchase, the expected delivery date was estimated to be around 18 November 2025. The item was shipped from our warehouse on 28 November.

We automatically synchronize expected delivery times directly from our suppliers, and we even add additional buffer days to help ensure we can deliver within the stated timeframes. However, it is not possible for us to predict the exact delivery date for pre-order items, as the goods sometimes need to be transported from a container ship to our supplier in Spain, and afterwards through Europe before arriving at our warehouse in Aalborg. From there, the product must be unpacked and prepared for final delivery to our customers.

I have also reviewed all correspondence. You contacted us many times, and I cannot see that we have attempted to avoid responsibility at any point. We have simply explained where your order was in the process and provided updated delivery information as soon as it became available.

Furthermore, we can see that your order has now been delivered. In your review, you mention that we should look into these matters. We are not entirely sure if there is anything further you would like us to take action on, so if you believe something still requires our attention, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Lastly, I would like to emphasize that we have absolutely no desire for pre-order delivery times to deviate from the estimates we provide. We invest significant resources to ensure that our delivery dates are as accurate and reliable as possible.

I ordered a lamp from the website

I ordered a lamp from the website, which stated it was a lamp, not just a lamp shade. After waiting a month for my order to arrive, I was disappointed to find that it was only the lamp shade. If I had known this in advance, I would have ordered the rest of the parts as well. This felt a bit misleading. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I had only ordered a shade and that the rest of the parts would need to be purchased separately. While I understand their explanation, clearer communication on the website would have been helpful.

One of Director/Real owner of LikeHome ApS is a scammer Be aware

Hello Everyone , I wanted to inform that Mr.Yves Kristensen from a company name IT-Nation Denmark is a scammer ,I came to know he is also Director/Real owner in this company Likehome Denmark. we purchased Ubiquiti products from Yves company name IT Nation (Kudsk Tech ApS), after sending PO and payment upfront, they started saying product on way and keep taking time , after waiting more than 7-10 days and when we said refund our money then they stop answering our phone calls , emails and Hide Online chat , Yves , Robert , Nicha all are scammers and culprit, we have logged complaint against them and see what Denmark Police will do against these scammers, when we said we will take legal action they said do whatever you can do and hang up the phone, we will raise our voice at every platforms until we receive our money back and we will keep informing every one to stop doing business with them

Fast delivery and efficient customer service

I'm very happy with the quality of the item I've bought (bronco skænk). There was some confusion because I first received only some parts of the cabinet in one parcel. However, customer service replied to me very fast saying that there was a second parcel on its way, which happened to arrive just the day after with the remaining parts.

I'm not quite sure why you havn't contacted customer service to find a solution for this, instead of going directly on Trustpilot and give us 1-star rating - therefore it's quite hard for me to understand what have gone wrong. You've ordered Shampoo and Balm from Meraki - what's wrong with them? As far as we can see, the product details and photos are matching the products, so what do you mean?

It was very bad

It was very bad, because it was not clear on your check-out page that the type of delivery I chose was not actually door-to-door, but a Pickup parcel... it was not written anywhere and I also entered another delivery address... So, I did not receive the product at the address I specified for delivery and the product is returned, and yours from support was not very helpful 🙄

There might be some underlying personal reason for this review; I know there are many things to be frustrated about these days, with the corona and stuff like that, but to pass on these frustrations to a Danish ecommerce store, that's just unbelievable. If you've hard time understanding Danish, I think it would be preferable for all parties, that you contact customerservice before ordering instead of demanding us to fix something that's impossible for us to do anything about.

As I have explained to you in several emails now, when our customers select parcelshop as shipping method, we sent the items to a parcelshop. I know that it's tempting to choose that method, because it's cheaper than the other shippingmethods. Nevertheless, our warehouse book the shipment precisely as ordered. You ordered as parcelshop, we ship to parcelshop. I'm not quite sure why you're unable to pick the package up yourself, but you can't demand us to call a Germany parcelshop, and have them handle over the parcel to you personally. I'm sorry, but that's just not possible.

As I told you by mail, you can wait until the parcel is being automatically returned due to exceeded pickup-deadline, and our warehouse will tackle it as a returned order, and you can place a new order and choose private delivery instead.
