Lovely product but better packaging please
The notebook I ordered is lovely but unfortunately the packaging was a little inadequate and it got wet on delivery and was torn and the notebook was only slightly damaged but I would suggest packing this lovely notebook in a padded envelope with some protection against getting wet.

We've sent thousands of orders using plastic-free boardback envelopes and tissue paper and we've only ever had a few arrive with water damage due to the weather, but on the rare occasion it does happen I completely understand and share any disappointment caused - we'll always replace damaged items, as a small business we really care about our customers and we always go the extra mile wherever we can. Watch out for custom duties in the EU
First of all, I love the designs and products from Lilac Kitten. However, I live in the EU, and had to pay customs at the front door which cost as much as the product itself.
Another issue was that the cover had also come off, and I had to reglue it back together.

Great card and service
I ordered a beautiful card from Lilac Kitten and by mistake used an old email address. I only realised when I hadn't received confirmation of my order. I contacted the supplier who quickly confirmed my order and emailed the details to my correct address. The card was received by the recipient very quickly. A pleasure to order from them, a lovely personalised card at a very good price.
