Card not received

Card not received. Ordered 3 cards on the same day before New Year and the other two arrived before New Year. You did not send yours until after New Year and to date it has not arrived hence one star

Thank you for your feedback! I'm so sorry to hear about this - I've had a look into it for you.
Our shop was closed for Christmas between 20th December until 2nd January - we displayed this on the top banner of our website during this time to let our customers know when their orders would be dispatched. Your order was placed on 28th December and dispatched on 2nd January via the selected postage method, First Class (1 - 7 working days). Myself and my partner came back to work early on the 1st Jan to get all orders out ASAP - your card was still dispatched within our advertised dispatch times of 1 - 2 working days, it was posted on the 2nd working day after your order was placed. At the time of your review it's been two working days since your order was posted so fingers crossed it'll turn up soon! Please keep me updated - if it doesn't arrive within the 7 working days since it was posted please do send us an email so we can look into it for you :) I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year - thanks so much for supporting our small business!

Great speedy service

Great speedy service, cards looked great and were really well received. I also loved that a sticker was included to add to the envelope.

Quality product and Service

Lilac Kitten Designs are fast, efficient and their products are very good quality. It is the personal
touches that set them apart from the big competition.

Their collection of designs has grown since I last ordered and it is great to be able to personalise each one individually.

I know that if I mess up a spelling on my order they will get in touch to double check before going ahead.
