Ordered a watch for my husbands birthday, and it arrived damaged. Emailed them with no response as of today, called their number just now and there’s an automatic reply saying that their voicemail box is disabled. Currently contacting the BBB.

Got ghosted by this company in the return process. I decided I didn't like the size of the strap on the watch I ordered. I requested a return: first they sent me a link that was for US customers only (I am in Canada). After I notified them that the return link wouldn't work they emailed me a working return label. I sent the item back and then a week or so later it was returned to me with a reason of "hold expired". I emailed Lilienthal and they said just to send it back again with the original label. I responded telling them the original shipping label was now expired and unprintable - I never heard back. Up until my last email to them they were very quick to respond (within one business day) but I have not not heard from them for over 3 weeks. I have sent follow up emails asking for a response and even called and left a voicemail. Nothing.

I ordered a watch on the 4th of October, expecting it to arrive within 2-3 weeks. It was a gift, and time sensitive since I had to move on the 4th of November. I selected USPS delivery just in case it ran late, and I had the safety of filing the address change. It didn't ship until the 8th of November, a month+ later, and was delivered to my old address anyway. If your purchase is time sensitive, I'd suggest going somewhere else. In retrospect, I should have just bought something else from Amazon to guarantee the delivery time/location. Now I wait 2 weeks to try claiming a lost item with USPS. I'll probably never see this watch or my $ again.
