I love my new watch

I love my new watch - it’s unpretentious and simple in appearance but seemingly very well made. Delivery to the UK was phenomenally quick and it was well packaged. The price was very reasonable so overall it’s top marks from me.

Love my Chronograph Remix II

I have had great experience with my Chronograph Remix II, it's a beautifully designed and well-crafted watch, that feels super nice on my wrist. Very unique too. Though I'd recommend it with the metal or the cork band, the leather one does not age well. I also once dented the glass - and they helped me replace it for a very fair price, the process only took a couple weeks together with shipping, and communication with the support specialists was also pleasant and quick.

Awful experience - Zero Stars

Terrible company. Would NEVER use again. They do not answer the question asked and sometimes do not reply for days on end, if at all.
I ordered a watch marked 'ready for delivery' on 1st March. One week later I contacted them because I had no despatch details. I was told, a day later, that the watch would be available for despatch by the end of March, or I could order model XX which was ready for immediate despatch (there is no model XX), or get a refund. I foolishly agreed to wait until the end of March. Nothing heard from the Company even when I tried to get confirmation my order would be despatched by the end of March. There was no delivery by the end of March so I sent TWO emails cancelling the order, including the required cancellation form. The response from the Company, later that week, was (1) to tell me my order was being prepared for despatch and (2) to say they could not cancel the order as it had already been packaged (slightly contradictory). I was then told to refuse delivery of the package, which I did. After hearing nothing for a week I contacted them again and eventually (14th April) got a response that the refund would be processed once the watch was received back at their distribution centre, when what I had asked was for them to confirm when the watch was received by them. I repeated my request and heard nothing. I turned to Royal Mail for assistance and they confirmed the watch was received back by the distribution centre on 10th April. I told Lilienthal this and asked where my refund was but got no reply until today. It is now 16th April, the watch was confirmed returned to them a six days ago but still no refund. I have just had an email stating they were surprised I had been able to get a response from Royal Mail as they never could (why? It was easy). However, I still have not got my refund. They state "the package must still go through our internal return process, which includes scanning, inspection, and verification. This process can take a bit of time. We kindly ask for your continued patience as we complete these necessary steps. Rest assured, we will process your refund as soon as the return is fully verified". How, I ask, can it take a week to confirm that an unopened package has been returned to them? They have had my money for six weeks and still no refund, but I note on the website the cost of the watch went down in price by about 21% during the time I was being told to wait for a watch described as being available for immediate despatch. Awful, awful company. I would never recommend to anyone.

Both product and support is perfect.

The product is very good quality, beautiful. I had problem with shipment, but Sarah-Jane helped me, checked the state at carrier company site. Finally UPS managed to deliver the product in perfect condition.

Ordered a meteorite watch

Ordered a fantastic watch from them.
It arrived two weeks to the day after I had ordered it. Slightly longer than expected. Emailed customer service to see when it would be delivered, who replied promptly and helpfully.
My only gripe is that they really need to ship things out quicker. Great product.

Meteor II Chronograph - well made, fast delivery!

I have read many bad reviews regarding delivery etc. But I am fan of Berlin and designs seems to me beautiful, therefore I tried it first time. I ordered my watches 7 days ago from east of Czechia (Ostrava) and delivery from Essen warehouse was much more faster than I expected. I ordered also personalised engraving, therefore delivery should be 4-10 days longer, but not - delivery even personalized watches was 7 days to the parcel shop near to my home by UPS. Fast communication, fast response from Lilienthal. Watches looks beautiful and well made by both sides. According to pictures on sites for Europe I did not expect legend Made in Germany on this Chronograph, but it is written on both sides - what is a big plus for me, because I am a fan of german football also Berliner teams and Alex... is iconical place for me. My first feeling is - I am very happy with the product Chronograph Meteor II. Thank you, Petr

I too am getting worried after ordering…

I too am getting worried after ordering a Chronograph LP watch in Orange and dark grey. It first said available for delivery and then i waited ... I emailed and did get e reply stating they are out of stock and watch is on backorder. I then emailed again to state that it was avertised as available . Got a responce again stating sorry but will be 7-8 weeks for delivery to me. Now I go on Lilienthal site to find that when you click on said watch. It says no longer available.
Not very happy at the moment . Just want the watch PLEASE ! Or am I being scammed

Zero stars. I've ordered two watches from this company and only one turned up. it was a month ago I ordered and despite sending them daily emails asking where the second watch is, they don't respond. Terrible customer service and I can only hope my bank claws back the money.

Should've read the other reviews and taken note.

Update: they sent me the watch once i'd starting complaining every way possible. I'll change this to 3 stars as I love the watches, but initial customer service really needs some work.

Purchased, then they cancel

Bought a watch, at a good price/offer from this crowd in Feb. Paid the £246, waited a month then the cancelled the order, refunding the payment. They said there was no stock left.
Looked on website, same watch being advertised at a dearer price which was nearer £300. Sent emails the the service department, who replied, but they didn't answer my questions.
Now they don't reply at all
So frustrating as I've bought 4 watches from them in past.......

Now received reply. Received refund and a solution, which I'm very happy with

Avoid

I ordered a watch on 16th February 2025 and it still hasn't arrived. I've submitted several tickets for a request to chase up the order and get an estimated dispatch or delivery date, but after the first (and only) reply of 'mid march', I've heard nothing from them. At the point of ordering, there was no information given about the watch not being immediately available and no indication it was on order etc - my order confirmation email said it's 'available for delivery'!

I've submitted further requests for an update on 15th and 18th March, and had nothing back from them other than 'please rate our service' emails - which is pretty astonishing as they haven't replied or provided any service.

I'd suggest anyone looking to order from this company steer clear - it's incredibly frustrating to have given them money in exchange for goods and then to be completely ignored.

Definitelly not met the expectaions on today's e-commerce platforms

Based on all my experience I can't recommend this shop as my experience is quite bad

In general - I made 3 orders where
- first order was delivered on time without any troubles but the watches were already used, not new as presented on the page - missing protection shield on the glass, missing crown/battery blocker
- second order shipped with delay, information about delay received from CS only once I raised a ticket. Even though both items were in stock, only one item received. After another ticket I got information that the remaining item will be shipped within the next month (placed in beginning of Feb, expected shipping at the end of March)
- third order - no issue, delivered on time, just a small scratch on the crown

It's fair to say that I decided to return all the watches because I didn't like them (except the last order, but here I decided to return them because of frustration and bad experience with the eshop) as the watches at least for me are too small - prefer bigger sizes + didn't like the strap - looked very cheap. Also the feeling from the watches is not something special and you have doubts if they really worth the money you spend. I understand that they are fashion brand, but still you can get better quality for that money.

Regarding the platform - comparing to nowadays e-com platforms, this one is terrible as:
- you can't create an account,
- you have to fill all your information over and over again with any new order
- you can't insert your phone number, so the courier won't call you with your order and you need to track it via terrible UPS platform
- no information if order gets delayed - missing any tracking as you don't have an account
- contact to CS only via email contact form - no live chat or telephone
- very bad user experience while browsing the page

There were some positive experiences
- fast shipping if the item was in stock - mostly the second day after order was placed
- free shipping and free returns
- promotions like 1 + 1 free - in that moment the price for one piece is ok (around 100 to 150€) but still you questioning the quality

Nice entry level watch

I chose my watch based on the visuals from their website and the watch met my expectations. I received my order from Germany to Estonia in about a week. No problems with the overall ordering process.

Very Unhappy Customer

I purchased a Limited Edition Solar watch from Lilienthal Berlin on 17th January 2025. The watch arrived on Wednesday 22nd January and was clearly worn before and severely damaged. I immediately contacted Customer Services, supplying photos of the watch and box damage and they promised a full refund. It is now 17th February, I have chased several times and to date no refund has been issued. This is unacceptable.

My question still is why sell watches…

My question still is why sell watches online when in reality you dont have them in stock why lie to your customers its all you read regarding customer complaints online ordered a watch and extra strap and 4 days from ordering a strap arrived no watch I actualy thought my watch was stollen after a few emails eventualy you admit it wont be till after February now to wait 4 weeks for a watch you say is in stock is unnaceptable you have no integraty so I cant really recomend you id say look for better company
