I have tried most of their beautiful products now and am yet to find any that aren’t fantastic. Their moisturisers last ages because of how little you need to use, and they feel great on your skin. I love their coffee/orange body scrub, smells delicious.

Excellent customer service and very fast delivery - I think I received my last order within 2 days of ordering (which is particularly impressive considering they’re a small business).

Very poor customer service. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and got lost. The company did nothing to resolve the issue until Royal Mail confirmed it was lost. Only then was I refunded, and even that took almost a week. Extremely disappointed with the way this was handled.

I have tried so many different lash serums and oils and nothing seems to work. All seems like made up useless beauty products.
Since using in the lash oil that I purchased in a vegan fair in Taunton, I've noticed dramatic difference I use it between my DIY cluster lashes that I do weekly and have a couple days break between and my eyes and eyelashes have been incredibly grateful for it. Also I've had never ending chap sore lips and found most products just making themdrier. The lip oil has taken that away almost completely, I'm so impressed. It seem quite price at the time when I brought it however I think I'll have this lip product for next two years I can't believe how much you get for your money. It's amazing .

First of all I want to acknowledge how sweet and friendly Maddie is every single time I order. Her warm and welcoming personality makes me want to shop with her more and more. Secondly I’m obsessed with the calm balm moisturiser. I suffer with really sensitive skin (that even reacts with products that claim to be safe) and I have a lot of allergies. This is the only moisturiser I’ve found so far that not only calms my skin but also clears it. It’s witchcraft…. Also I want to shout out the candles because they don’t get enough love and they are divine 😋 (good enough to eat)

In an time where we're all more aware of what we're putting into and on to our bodies, I was looking for some vegan skincare. I'm so glad that I found this amazing brand! Everything from the packaging, to the feel of the product on your skin, to the gorgeous smell, to the lovely service blew me away.

I tried the hand and foot butter for my self confessed lizard feet. They've never felt so soft and moisturized. A little product goes such a long way. I've also recently started the grapefruit face moisturizer, and it had genuinely reversed my fine lines. After the first use, I woke up with plump beautiful youthful skin.

Couldn't recommend this brand more! Love the product, the lovely ladies behind Lilith, and the story behind it's formation. Can't wait to try more products!

The products are beautifully made with the best natural ingredients and essential oils. Everything I’ve used smells divine.

I’ve used quite a lot of the range and I also use them on my clients for my holistic therapy treatments. They love them too!

If I had to pick favourites, I’d say the Rose Geranium Moisturiser, Cocoa & Peppermint Soap & Cocoa & Peppermint foot cream 😍.

The Rose Geranium Moisturiser has now become my go to moisturiser. The Shea butter base keeps my skin hydrated and glowing. It’s the perfect make up base.

The Cocoa & Peppermint Soap is the perfect morning cleanse. It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh without stripping the natural oils.

The Cocoa & Peppermint Hand & Foot Cream is absolutely perfect for my reflexology treatments & smells good enough to eat 🤤.

I’m always pleasantly surprised at how quickly my orders arrive too ☺️.

Visited the pop up shop at Good Sheds in Barry and bought a small pot of their Rose & Geranium Moisturiser after trying a little sample of it on my hand. It smells amazing and feels luxurious when applying it to my face and neck at bedtime - it melts on warming it in my palm with my fingertips and feels like a mini facial in a jar! Have since bought a larger jar online. Best cruelty-free vegan face moisturiser I've ever used - I'm 56 with normal skin - really recommend trying it! Lovely customer service too with application advice and explanation of the product and rest of the range.

I first came across Lilith Natural Beauty at a sales stand in Barry. I tried the calm balm there on a sore, cracked, dry finger. I didn't expect it to do anything. Well I was wrong, within 5 mins the itching had stopped and with just that one tester the difference was amazing.
When I got home I went onto the website and ordered some of the calm balm and also the eyelash serum. I haven't had long enough to say if that works yet but I'm hopeful. The customer care was excellent and the product arrived in a lovely box.

Lilith has been excellent in every way including quality of products, beautiful safe packaging, prompt delivery and, initially, friendly and most helpful exchange of emails.I have so far tried the lovely moisturisers and my daughter will soon give you feedback about the Solara diffuser,again beautifully presented.We will certainly buy more from Lili
