What a horrible web site

What a horrible web site, not user friendly at all. Calling support is the equivalent of beating your head with a hammer. These people want to charge a million dollars for their products but cheap out on a functioning website. Drs have like 10 minutes for you and are not interested in fiddling with this website over and over. Lilly has to do better! This is my opinion!

Terrible customer service

I called them multiple times over several days asking them not to ship my medication because I wouldn't be home. They claimed they would stop it. One customer service person said, "We will take care of it." They did not take care of it. They shipped the medication anyway and it sat on my porch for two days. The ice packs were all melted and warm when I returned home. But they said the did a "temperature assessment" and decided the medication was fine to use. I'm not sure how they assessed something they didn't see or feel. I obviously won't be using this medication, so that is almost $500 wasted. I spent a lot of time on the phone with them and each representative seemed to have no record of prior conversations. It would be easier for me to get my medication and pay more money through a different pharmacy.

I got a text at 4 AM this morning letting me know that Lily Direct was getting medicine ready to send. This is inappropriate, auto text or not. Please, get it together and don’t send someone texts at 4 AM.

Eli Lilly is garbage

Eli Lilly is garbage. Just stick with compounds. They are trying to tell ME and MY Dr what dose of zepbound I can or can not take. After I already told them that I went through the 10mg out of pocket they won’t let me go to the 15mg. Go to a compound where you have more say and control over your body and life. They try to make you think that they doing some sort of solid with the self pay it is a form of control. Our medicine should go by ours and our Doctors wishes not some lightheaded supposed pharmacist sitting in a corner a thousand miles away!!!

Do NOT buy a Lilly Zepbound KwikPen 2.5mg…

Do NOT buy a Zepbound KwikPen 2.5mg injectable. It leaks medication everytime during injection and calling the LillyDirect help number was a 3+ hour on hold wait time for someone called Destiny, who would get the replacement process started, but first Destiny wanted to send me back to the agent I had been on hold 3 hours with so they could document my so called ticket, which was already done. Worst customer process for handling a defective product ever.

Customer service has steadily declined

Customer service has steadily declined. I am getting texts from multiple companies all affiliated with Lily direct and are supposed to help the process. They don't, it's takes longer. No one knows what the other is doing. None of them can fill my prescription because they're all waiting on the other. The new system has serious communication issues. Customer Service reps have not been told anything. I pay OOP and will ask my dr for an rx through another provider. Also I live in florida, the new packaging does not keep my meds cold. They cannot switch it so it will come warm again. According to their info, it loses its strength, so I'm wasting my time and money. Go with another provider if you have choice.

Good luck getting any response if you have a problem

My first several months went fine. Then my last shipment was very delayed and arrived with melted ice packs and warm vials. Then I realized they don’t care as long as they have your money. Multiple phone calls and tickets and they still need to do a ‘temperature assessment’ on their end. While I have no idea when I’m going to be cleared to take the warm medicine or if they will send a replacement. All the warnings about temperature on the packing doesn’t seem to mean much once you’ve paid. The customer service agents are nice but nothing they do has helped at all: just telling me to wait now for days. Super frustrating and looking for another option for ordering.

I went through Good RX online to get Lilly Direct. Online with doc to higher dosage and the prescription was send immediately to Lilly Direct. Excellent email communications with Good RX and Lilly Direct. This was late Wednesday afternoon. Friday zepbound was shipped overnight UPS and it arrived before 12 on Saturday. They charged my card when prescription was filled. So far very pleased.

I'm confused at the alarming bad…

I'm confused at the alarming bad reviews. I too was skeptical when I saw that Walgreens used them for medicaion mail order (GLP-2) Since I have started with them, I have had nothing but a good experience. I got my prescription sent here through Walgreens virtual healthcare, and once I paid, I received tracking the same day, and I received my order within two days. My 2nd order refill was done last Wednesday, and I received my medication on Friday.

Horrible Customer Service

My experience with Lillydirect was initially good but, after several months, it has declined drastically. The customer service reps have been rude and unwilling to help recently. I’m also having continuing technical issues with the links they send me, which has made a bad situation even worse.

I agree with all the negative website…

I agree with all the negative website usage complaints. The few times I received shipment it came fast and well packed but trying to renew an RX or get any kind of help is outrageously hard if not impossible. At these prices out of pocket I expect good customer care. Whomever designed the website should be fired…so impossible to navigate so impossible top find how to reorder. My doctor sent rx 4x and they kept saying they didn't get it then all of a sudden a miracle someone found it all 3 of them.

$450 for what?!

$450 for what?!

Delayed shipment, crooked injection needles (I had to use needles from another company but those were less ml, so I had to inject myself THREE TIMES several times throughout the cycle). They even changed the boxes, no longer indicating priority, so whenever it arrives, the ice is completely melted. It happened 3 times during a 6-month period that UPS returned it, and they had to resent it or delivered it at 7 PM ( was on the truck at 8 AMish, and this is Texas, so whole day Zep was in the UPS truck in the Texas heat... oh so great). Communication is the worst when you have to spell out your date of birth three times... It is not worth to spend this much money on crappy service when I can get it cheaper from somewhere else. So, thank you but no thank you.

Terrible Service

I sent in my prescription and was later told my shipment had shipped. The shipment got cancelled, no notice. I eventually called back and the lady told me she would arrange for another shipment. I was out of the state and never received a notice it had shipped. Luckily our Housesitter got it an put it in the fridge. Lilly said they would sent me a link for refills. I never got one. I then called. Like the fist person I talked to this one was friendly. She sent me a link for a refill. When I clicked the link it sent me to a page that said I had no refills. I then got on chat, got started with an agent and sat there forever while she kept telling me she was looking up information. I even asked once if she was still there it took so long. I finally left as I had stuff I really needed to do. I had moved over from another company and there is no doubt in my mind the Lilly Zepbound is better than the tirzepatide I was getting. I would recommend trying RO instead of Lilly direct as they do Zepbound in the same viles. Lily direct is really not ready to be doing this at least with my experience.

Zepbound frustrations

Use this to receive Zepbound. Their partner on this is GiftHealth and they are so frustrating to deal with. Nothing is easy with them. And why Lilly picked Walmart as their in person pharmacy is beyond me. I am so frustrated that I will likely switch to a compounding pharmacy.

So far I’m just on my first…

So far I’m just on my first prescription, but it went through immediately from the dr office. My neurologist actually prescribed it for me. He was new at it too, I gave him the prescribing info off the website. I got a text from lilly while I was in the drs office. I filled out the information while I was in the drs office waiting for labs to get drawn, paid for it when I got home from the dr. I got text constantly telling me the process they were in. It was very easy to fill out everything and getting it paid for and ordered. It was processed that day and the label for printing was ready the next morning. I went to the dr Monday. I had my prescription Wednesday. It was packaged well and shipped quickly and cold when I got it.

Perfect Process

I've ordered 5X now. Every time my shipment goes out, it ships the day after I submit payment. Always in an insulated box with cold packs and always overnight UPS, including Saturday Delivery. I've always received the correct dose and all the supplies needed.
