I cannot recommend Lily Blanche highly enough. Being a man of a certain age I was reluctant to buy such an important gift let alone jewellery online. DISAPPOINTING
I bought a St Christopher necklace for my husband based on the description and photos on the website. I was prompted to opt for “free” engraving. What arrived was not what I expected. Firstly the chain was knotted in the packaging (of which there is a huge amount!) and secondly the st christopher pendant looks and feels like something you’d win on the pier at the seaside! It was so disappointing for the amount I paid. DO NOT OPT FOR FREE ENGRAVING - it is a very clever way of preventing your consumer rights to return or ask for a refund. I would not recommend this jewellery, I have bought far superior quality from alternative companies for far superior value.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery. We only work with precious metal – silver & gold. Our jewellery is all handmade in small batches. Nothing is mass-produced.
The St Christopher is one of our bestselling pieces. It is made of solid sterling silver and comes with a high-quality medium-weight sterling silver curb chain. It is accurately described in detail on the website. There is a range of product, model and lifestyle shots of the piece to give perspective.
Engraving is optional and is free. There is no prompt, just a discretionary personalisation button. We offer no-quibble money-back guaranteed returns. Engraved pieces are non-refundable for obvious reasons. This is made clear when you upload your engraving and also in the returns information on every page of the website.
As additional extras, you selected free shipping and also received a free jewellery care kit with polish cloth, ring sizer and branded velvet anti-tarnish storage pouch. You also received free luxury gift wrap and bag.
I understand you are unhappy that the necklace is now cheaper on the website than it was when you purchased it. This is due to our Black Friday sale which is in full swing. Over 300 items on the website have been discounted for the duration the sale. While this can be frustrating, it is an annual feature in the retail calendar.
