Poor quality jewelry and worst customer…

Poor quality jewelry and worst customer service! I bought several bracelets and with just one use the bracelets were damaged, they lost their color and shine: I had made several gifts and I had to call my friends to explain that they should not wet the bracelets because they would be damaged. The owner promised to send me the 3 damaged bracelets but she only sent 2/3 and returned the money for the other one; She only did it when I placed a new order, if I had not made a new purchase I would have been waiting for the refund 😒 No waste your money here…

STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY

I bought a product the 24.02.22, and it´s been a month since. I have not received any package at all, and it's been over a month. I asked to have my money back that they took from my account, but they are refusing to give it to me and say that I should write to the delivery company because it is not their responsibility anymore.

Bad customer service and experience, make me look like it's my fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Haven't received the package or the money I paid for the product.
