I've had Lime Lou contact me about the picture received and the issues. They listened to my concerns and were very receptive to assisting in making the corrections. I am very satisfied with the new picture I have received from them. They were very prompt and communicated in a timely manner. Great quality pictures, super quick turnaround time. I ordered and received my print within 4 days, which is unheard of these days. Gave the print to my parents and they couldn't believe how well it turned out. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
