Could not recommend more

We're a family of 2 and we always look forward to our coffee in the morning because of Lime Blue. Tom's emails (he might describe them as rambly) are honestly so refreshing especially during all this AI nonsense writing online lool we've have been customers for the last 2 years now. Great quality, taste, and price.

I got the coffee free, a while ago.
I did not use it, as it had to be grinder.
I just grinded some, and made some plunger coffee.
Its so dark and rich. I would give this coffee 10／10。
I would definitely recommend this coffee. And, ill definitely be buying this coffee in future.

Freshly roasted, quick dispatch. Sure, there are roasts/blend that I rate higher, but those are 2x or 3x pricier. Highly recommended.

Product quality, delivery, price

I recently tried the Apple Crumble Blend—my second experience with Lime Blue Coffee.

My first experience was just OK.
I thought the beans were weak, but it could have been the way I was extracting it through my Breville Barista Express.

Using the same machine, but with decent puck prep and a finer grind, I’ve found that I can extract a strong cup of coffee with the Apple Crumble Blend.

That being said, these beans still aren’t the strongest I’ve ever had. But this time, I could actually taste the coffee (the flavor was prominent), whether I was pulling a single or double shot.

Not overly bitter—just a strong coffee taste.
I don’t notice notes and stuff.
To me, it’s just a strong and robust bean.

Use a WDT, a decent tamper, grind a bit finer, and add a little more coffee to the puck, and it’ll be a much better cup.

First time purchaser but have had their beans before and they were great. Placed my own order only to receive beans with a roast date of two weeks old. This is not acceptable for a speciality roaster. I'll go back to buying from a local roaster.
