I stayed at this hotel for a three‑night business trip in a suite on the 4th floor. My windows faced the inner courtyard, and I really appreciated that they could actually be opened for fresh air.The room was in very good condition. There was a small table where I could work comfortably on my laptop, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom (with shower) was clean and modern, with a hairdryer provided. In the bathroom there was a combined shower gel and shampoo, which was perfectly fine for a short stay.The small kitchen was well equipped: cutlery, dishes, pots and pans – all in good condition. The fridge is small, but it was enough for my needs. The sink and tap were convenient to use, but there was no real place to dry washed dishes, which was a minor inconvenience. The kitchen also had both paper towels and a regular dish towel.One thing that could be improved is waste and recycling. It would be great to have a way to separate plastic, along with clear instructions on where to leave it. Even in just three days, I ended up with a full bag of plastic waste and no obvious way to sort it properly.There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, which I liked, but the capsules ran out quickly and I did not receive any additional ones during my stay. Housekeeping did not disturb me at all for the three days, which can be seen as a plus, but it would be nice to have an easy way to request extra coffee and to dispose of accumulated trash.Lighting options in the room were varied and convenient. There is a TV, though I did not use it. The internet connection was very good and unlimited, which is important when travelling for work.Access to the building and rooms is via codes. You need to enter the corridor code twice – once at the building entrance and again on the floor – and then there is a separate code for the room itself. I recommend using their app, as it contains all the access information and makes check‑in and check‑out very straightforward.Breakfast is served in a café on the corner rather than in the hotel itself. You can either order a standard breakfast on site (I had scrambled eggs and a black coffee/tea), or choose a sandwich (several options), plus a croissant and a large cappuccino or another drink of your choice.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Apart from a few small nuances (recycling options, extra coffee capsules, and easier trash disposal), everything was great. Thank you to the team – I would happily stay here again and can recommend this place, especially for business trips.

Amazing property

Excellent stay for a good price. There were even earplugs! I was scared that would be because of the house but it was a very quiet room. Really clean and neat.

The location is absolutely excellent, very close to the metro, which made getting around Paris incredibly easy. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Paris.
The room is a bit compact, especially considering that the windows cannot be opened, but it was very clean and well-equipped with an iron, hair dryer etc. Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the convenience and comfort.

Wonderful room, very clean and very close to metro station. Easy to find the building and all the access instructions were clear and sufficient. Highly recommend!

Recommend good value for money. Place was really nice, comfy, friendly and helpfull staff. Minor things not enough for the 4 of us, like duvet and level of shower soap was low.

Great location. Was close to all the places we wanted to explore in Berlin. Also love that it was self service . Would highly recommend and would visit again when I’m in Berlin again

Not safe – fire alarm incident with no staff or emergency support

I would strongly advise not to book this hotel, especially if you value basic safety.

During the night, the fire alarm went off twice, and all guests were forced to evacuate the building. This is already serious — but what followed was worse: there was no staff on site, no emergency phone number, and no meaningful remote support.

This is a fully digital hotel, yet there was no plan for handling an emergency. Guests were left outside in the middle of the night with no information or guidance. I personally had to deal with the police and ultimately reset the fire alarm myself, despite being a guest. Even while FaceTiming customer support, they were unable to help or manage the situation in any way.

This is not just an inconvenience — it is a clear safety failure. A hotel, digital or not, must have proper emergency procedures and a way to support guests during incidents like this. This hotel did not.

Afterwards, the compensation offered was €25, which is frankly unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. I have since seen multiple other reviews describing the exact same issue, which suggests this is a known and recurring problem.

Until this hotel chain takes guest safety seriously and puts real emergency procedures in place, I would not recommend staying here.

The Hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely come back when next I am in Benidorm. I would also recommend to anyone visiting Benidrom great place to stay at the heart of the city.

Everything super clean! The space is very big and great for two people, with everything you might need. The location is also great, you have lots of restaurants, supermarket and stuff around. Transportation is also down the road!
