Very pleased with my first purchase…

Very pleased with my first purchase from this company. Quick delivery and extremely well packaged. I can now sit and watch a complete box set of Inspector Montalbano. Should keep me occupied for about 67hrs 😱.

I live in North America (Canada) and the DVDs will not play in my player. So now I have to find a way to convert them.

Hello there, I am sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. The majority of films we have on our website are region B due to the fact that it is a UK website. We do mention on the site that the region is B for these titles. I think a region free player would solve the problem, not ideal I know!
