LimeRoad is Fraud & worst online shopping

Very bad, making money by cheating customers. Branded products shown on site n what we receive is the cheapest product. Return is quick but refund is never received. Please people do not buy anything from Limeroad u will only get fake products n no return of money.

Fraud Company - Be Aware

I have placed an order at this site having INVOICE NO - 0437272122000362 dated 04-04-2021 in which mentioned there is two product 1. PINK LINEN CASUAL SHIRT AND 2. PURPLE SOLID CASUAL SHIRT.

But after opening i have got only one product - PURPLE SOLID CASUAL SHIRT.

I have paid full amount Rs. 948/- to delivery boy.

I have also reported this issues to delivery boy and delivery agency over telephone and they guided me to write a complaints to seller .

Please arrange to provide my other items too i.e. PINK LINEN CASUAL SHIRT

Hi, I have placed an order in limeroad, money got deducted from my account but order is not placed in the app. Please advise how to proceed, I would like to cancel the get the amount back.

Worst experience I ever had. No proper communication with customer's concern. I have been dropping mail and calls for my item but no response from limeroad end. They don't have proper Customer care service or support. Be aware..other website like Amazon, nykaa, myntra seems good and comunicating customer's concern.

Trends Tower partnered with LimeRoad to sell our men and women apparels. In 1 year, we lost 8L because of LimeRoad's shady business practices. Limeroad charged fees left and right to us for issues not within our control by saying that they want to maintain high quality at the cost of sellers. Rs 1000 penalty for wrong product sent and Rs 240 for products with any customer complaints or issue. Limeroad sucked our blood and sweat before we realized it. They sold our products for dead cheap than what we provided in our catalog. We stopped doing business with them. It is the same story with a lot of sellers from Thiruppur, TN. Never ever do business with Limeroad. #1 blood suckers.

Worst product i have ever seen....plz never purchase any product from this site as u will block your money on products bcoz this app will never give refund...I am waiting for my refund till today as 1 month has been passed.

I received fake product. And they are not refunding the money I paid. For rs 455 I received 50 rs sunglasses. And even they are receiving the calls

Worst site.. No Customer Support and very pathetic return service... You can't be assured for once that the item yoi are returning will reach to them.... Its been 1.5 Months I am following up with Limeroad.. dropping so many emails but I am not getting any reply from them. I would strongly recommend to not to use this app

Worst product. Got oversized salwar. Headphone in 5 pieces. Could not return. Customer care never picks up or responds to emails. Wasted 3000

I have got the product exactly what I had ordered. I m happy with the product as well as the service.

Very bad experience, no complaint number ,I had ordered three items and paid through net banking but when delivery man came ,he was asked me to gave amount of the delivery. I had contacted with so many times there response is not good .don't buy from limeroad they are cheater

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra are one of the best site with excellent customer support n refund policies. I have already removed LimeRoad apps from my mobile n the cyber cell too should look into the reviews n take action.

Worst customer service. Dnt pay and order. Big cheaters, will not sent your dresses. Have been chasing for more than a month.

This is one of the worst online shopping platforms. I ordered a saree, but the product delivered to me was wrong and of much poor quality. I requested a return, and it was done successfully but the refund has still not been issued. They say the product has not passed quality check. Whose fault do you think it is? Never buy from this site. Worst experience ever.

Limeroad is fraud site I order dress from limeroad, dress is not good I request for return but no delivery boy is come for pick the order. Limeroad is not give my amount return.
