rob is the best and kept me updated all the way on my jar of flies vinyl that's playing as i write this,
i was wondering why it was taking a while to be shipped out after its release and after a quick email rob instantly replied apologising and explaining how many stores were under delivered stock,
he updated me again when they received confirmation that more stock was on the way and again when it was shipped out to me! (bonus was the shipping was extremely fast too)
was also cheaper than other online stores too so absolutely no complaints here, very pleased with my experience and will be buying from here again, highly recommended!!
also if rob reads this thank you very much and i highly appreciate the service
