Haven't received my package but they kept the money.

I would not even give a one star to this company. I received a pair leggings which had super fast shipping. But it was the wrong size. I sent it back. And over three weeks now I am still waiting on my other pair. I do not suggest ordering from this company. It seems like their warehouse is a scam. The only rep they have seems to be labeled “Lisa”. You’ll have better luck just going through Amazon.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ordered leggings from here which were of terrible quality. Posted them back to America for a refund which cost me £15. I asked them for my refund and they asked to give me tracking details before even confirming whether or not they had checked if the item had been received. When I queried this, Lisa said she would check with the warehouse. I have sent several emails, some are not responded to and the ones that are Lisa just says she is waiting to hear back from the warehouse. This has been going on for two months now and I have had to get a refund through my bank. Company is a scam, avoid at all costs.

The matching set I ordered looks nice and shipped relatively fast, however, the pants broke after not even one month of regular usage. Also, the size seems to be not quite accurate (I ordered M but it feels much smaller). In general, I would not recommend ordering from this brand.

I ordered two pair of leggings which came after one week. But I wanted to do a return so I texted them the day after. Ever since I texted them about the return a girl called”Lisa” answered me that they were waiting on the warehouse to follow up so they could send me the return label. She doesn’t answer me anymore. Now I have been contacted them on several emails and they don’t responding l. Either on instagram. I am so disappointed about this.
They don’t deserve a star at all!!!!!

DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE. Ordered from them a month ago and my package never shipped. Messaged them back and forth and they refused to refund me saying they were trying to contact the "warehouse" on details of my package. Had to file a complaint with my bank to get the charge reversed. This company is a complete scam. I'm pretty convinced they purchased their instagram followers and put up fake reviews on their site. Not a legit company.

This is a terrible company. I ordered legging on March 31st and it is now May 6th-they never came. I have had constant correspondence with the company and they will not give me a refund because it "left the warehouse." I would hope so after two months. I will be putting in a credit dispute. BUYER BEWARE

I love all of their clothes, the material and fabric is absolutely amazing and it is affordable for this price also!! Like the fabric is like GymShark and Navigation and they’re so much more cheaper. It takes a while to receive your order but it is totally worth it. Mine arrive between 2-3 weeks. Recommend!!!

They do not stick to what is stated on their website about shipping and delivery. It’s been over a week and I have yet to receive any shipment confirmation. I emailed yesterday asking for a refund and still no response yet. They blamed it on their warehouse. But regardless, STICK TO WHAT IS STATED ON YOUR WEBSITE.

On the site there was mentioned that they had a 30 day policy if you’re nog happy with your order. when i wanted to send it back they said i can only get store credit. I do not recommend this site!

Bought 2 leggings and they were fine. It looked like there was a lighter patch on the hip area from something originally being there. Bought another 2 pairs after that and the black jade leggings did not fit right at all. The measurements were completely off. They wanted me to send them back, but the shipping was more than the leggings and they wanted it to be tracked, which charged more. Fuming as it wasn't even my fault the leggings were faulty. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

They constantly lie about their warehouse being in charge of “approving and issuing refunds”.They really are nothing but a bunch of liars who pretend to be a real company .Every single item I ordered from them was damaged and they point blank lie to avoid giving a refund. Absolutely disgraceful that all their positive reviews are fake. Do not waste your money the clothes will be ripped and they will refuse to refund it.

I feel bad for leaving this experience review but I’ve given Limitless support approx 20 chances to make things right for the customer. I placed an order on March 23rd and in defence of the company, the item arrived in my home delivery town on April 1st (pretty speedy). Their chosen courier scanned my package on this date but no delivery attempts were ever made by the courier Limitless contracted for my delivery (Yodel). I’ve spent almost 2 months contacting Limitless with confirmation from the courier stating they have LOST my package. The only responses I’ve gotten from the company is that my package is ‘on its way’. This is really frustrating as all they had to do was read their own tracking info to see the package reached the delivery town almost 2 months ago. They also failed to read the communications from the courier clearly stating the package is lost. I understand this is not the fault of Limitless or myself (the customer), but to be completely ignored on the matter is unacceptable. I’ve asked for a replacement or refund so many times and again totally ignored.

It’s not the place of the customer to be the middleman as I have no contract with the courier company, but Limitless do. Long story short, spend your money elsewhere because if you’re in the position where your package is lost you will have zero comeback with the company and you’ll waste your time and money!

Surely Limitless have a missing package process? Well, you’ll forever guess because the support centre service is utterly useless. Spend your money elsewhere.

Excellent service and fast delivery to Ireland, clothes are made of great material, so happy with my order, I will be ordering more soon,i am a size 10-12 uk and ordered my stuff in L, they fitted perfect,I'm usually a size 36D in a cup and ordered a L in the sports bras,fitted great but I would order a M next time for more support as the L wasn't so supportive but still comfy
,I'd highly recommend them regardless, happy customer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
