Our group had a great time with Megan. She rips powder and knew exactly where to take us which in turn created a great guide for us the rest of the week. I recommend booking a day the first or second day of your trip. They will pick up and drop off as well. Although, there is some strange rule about it not being immediately in front of your hotel. We charged right through lunch w an energy bar but we were offered a stop to eat lunch. But who wants that when you can get another run in!? We had a great time. Communication was excellent. They provide avvy gear if you don’t have your own.

I had a private lesson with James in Hirafu. I wanted to learn how to ski in powder. He was very pacient and knowledgeable and knew the mountain very well to search for the best powder.

I’m a beginner, and Ania was my instructor. I had lessons with her for three days, and by the end of my sessions I felt confident riding the green runs. Ania was very patient, gave clear instructions, and provided real-time feedback. She also knew exactly how to hype me up and help me overcome my fears. Thank you so much! Learning a new skill in my 40s has never been so fulfilling.

I am a repeat customer. Had a great time with vincent - he knew where to push and how to find good spots for powder. Would definitely recommend limitless!

Limitless Niseko did right by me the first time, but my second experience — this time with James — was a complete disaster.

I arranged a pickup with James for transportation to my very early 7:00 a.m. White Liner bus. I was specifically told to pre-book a ride because taxis would not be available at 6:00 a.m. James confirmed the pickup time and price via text. Everything seemed simple and reliable. I even texted Friday night to reconfirm, and he assured me he would be there.

On Saturday morning, I messaged again to let him know I was returning my room key and would be waiting at the office.

That’s when everything fell apart.

He never showed up.
He never called.
He never responded to my calls.
He never replied to my texts.

He left me standing outside in the cold at 6:00 a.m. with no ride.

As a result, I missed my bus, missed my flight, and my entire day turned into chaos.

Niseko United let me down in a major way. This was extremely poor customer service and a terrible way to end what had otherwise been a great trip. It completely ruined my stay.

I would strongly caution others against booking James for transportation. In my experience, he was completely unreliable.

James was great with the guiding. Good sense of humor!

James is the best ski guide out there! We went to Rusutsu twice and he knew all the best tree runs and hidden gems for powder. He is also a great teacher and fun to talk to. 10/10 - must ask for James!!

We had a gate guiding experience with Megan and it was awesome. We came from the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. where the season has been rough, to say the least. This was the best snow of our season by far and quite possibly the best ever! Even at the end of the day, we were still finding fresh snow. But we wouldn’t have had such great runs without the guidance.

Megan is super friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable about the mountain. I always felt safe and in good hands with her which is so important in unfamiliar terrain. If you’re coming to Niseko for the first time, you may not know your way around the four mountain areas, or where to go to find the best snow, and that’s why it’s so very well worth it to book a trip with Limitless. It was clear they have very high standards and it showed in the experience. When we return, we will definitely book with them again. Thank you! 🫶

We skied with Matt from Limitless for one day in the backcountry of Mount Yotei, and it was hands down the best ski day of our lives. Incredible snow, stunning views, and a fun, easy-going, and extremely knowledgeable guide made the day absolutely perfect. We will 100% be back and would recommend Limitless to anyone looking for an unforgettable ski experience. This was truly the highlight of our Japan trip!

James was a really good guide/instructor and was able to show me all around the resort and find some awesome spots that had not been tracked out. The teaching provided improved my skiing astronomically and gave me heaps of confidence to ski in trees and powder. Will definitely book through limitless again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for guiding/lesson

We had a great day with Ania. Super helpful, relatable, very knowledgeable & gave us some amazing tips for improving our skiing technic. Also got plenty of hot tips for local bars, restaurants & other ski resorts close by. Thanks a lot Ania. We loved it!

we skied with the limitless over Christmas and had three guides. The guides were anll amazing, great skiers, boarders, and very knowledgeable about the mountain. They were also fun to hang with. we’ve had other guides there that were late ajd didn’t know the Mountain as well and not the best skiers. This is a top-notch professional organization. They even gave us recommendations for restaurants and other fun things nearby.

They made our trip fabulous.

The whole trip was great, I really recommend it to anyone that is going to niseko so they can get to know the mountain and the secret powder spots. Vincent was our guide, he knew everything and was a great guy. I am grateful for doing a reservation with you guys!

I booked a backcountry gate guiding tour with vincent with 3 of my friends and we are all expecting to find some of the deepest untouched pow. That is exactly where vincent took us. We skied some of the best lines of our life and it was a great experience all around. Vincent was super chill and funny he made the experience for all of us super great. I would 100% book again.

Went with Vincent Ng for the day with me and my crew. Insta is “ vibinwithvinnie ” hit him up. He really guided us through the trees giving us all the freshest powder turns, and when it was all tracked out we hiked to the backcountry and got even deeper powder turns with this guy. Highly recommend booking with Vincent Ng, couldn’t have been shown those back country spots without him since it was such poor visibility that day and you really needed someone who knows the mountain to give you the assurance that your not going to go off a cliff, and instead the untouched powder spots. Overall great day and to top it off he took me and my crew to the local onsen to recover after a full day of charging!! Over all great experience and Vincent Ng is your guy!

We were back with Limitless again this season. We missed Nate! This time we had a new instructor Becca as well who was amazing too. We love skiing with Limitless instructors.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended snowboarding coach – Vincent

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Vincent as our snowboarding coach. He focused on proper drilling and fundamentals, and the results were amazing. My boys picked up the S-turn incredibly fast — especially impressive considering one of them initially didn’t even have the courage to turn. Under Vincent’s guidance, he became confident and controlled in a very short time.

Vincent didn’t just teach; he explained. He clearly pointed out mistakes, corrected our posture and movements, and made sure we truly understood what we were doing wrong and how to fix it. His coaching style is calm, clear, and very encouraging.

He also brought us to several fantastic resorts including Hanazono Resort, Rusutsu Resort, Niseko Annupuri, and Grand Hirafu. Every day was full of fun and progression. We even requested tree runs, and Vincent confidently guided us through safe, enjoyable lines that made the experience unforgettable.

We had so much fun riding together, and at the same time, we improved a lot. Truly grateful for his patience, professionalism, and passion for coaching.

If you’re looking for a coach who can help beginners gain confidence fast and still make every run enjoyable — Vincent is the one.

Teacher Aina was a wonderful teacher for my three kids. She made learning enjoyable, and my children always looked forward to her lessons. I would be happy to have her as their teacher again next time we come back. Thank you!

I had two amazing ski lessons with Ania! She is incredibly patient and friendly, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her clear instructions and well-structured drills were not only easy to follow but also directly translatable to actual skiing, helping me improve my technique significantly.
