Worst experience with them. Booked the taxi to CPH airport to Örebro (Sweden). Ask them in advance that if they will be able to drop us then book the taxi otherwise don't. (as there were some travel restrictions to cross the Danish border to enter Sweden). They said if we the passengers have all the legal documents then there will be no issue. Anyhow on the day of arrival, we started journey with the driver and cross the danish border and on the checkpoint, the police said that we can go but driver have to go back as he has no documents with him. Such a unprofessional guys they are. We already had 10 hours flight and was totally exhausted and tried to contact the owner of the company to send another car with driver having legal documents as we have already paid them like 8000 SEK. Company owner refuses our calls and left us stranded on the border. Thanks to the border police they booked a taxi for us at 12000 SEK. When we tried to contact the company to refund us, first he don't reply us then rudely said that he will refund only 450 euros or nothing. do whatever you want. (these are his words, I can provide you screenshots). To sum up the review, I will say that don't book with this taxi. They are very very unprofessional guys.

Yes I checked the rules. I got certificate to transit from Danish Embassy. I know the rules and got every legal document. We were legal, your driver don't have any document with us. Looks like you and your drivers are scam. Now threatening us on WhatsApp to cancel our refund? Are you serious man? Are you running a company or what? I wish TrustPilot give the option to upload screenshot so I can show the whole world who you actually are.

Of course, we are very sorry, but you should check rules yourself when you come from Pakistan.
