Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issues you encountered with our service. We deeply regret the inconvenience and distress you experienced during your bookings with us.

Firstly, I apologize for the initial issue with the limo booking and the subsequent need for a replacement vehicle, which resulted in an additional charge of £80. As you are aware, we informed you of the change, and you agreed to this and signed the contract.

Regarding the second booking, we understand the incident during your return journey was particularly distressing. The vehicle's mechanical issues were unacceptable. A replacement mini bus was provided, and the driver refunded £100.00, which you accepted.

However, as you accepted the terms of the booking, we are unable to offer any further refund.

Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill and to make amends for the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer you a discount on your next booking with us. We hope this can go some way towards restoring your trust in our services.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your patience and understanding. If there is anything further we can do to address this situation, please do not hesitate to let us know.

We strive to ensure timely service, but unforeseen factors such as traffic can occasionally impact our schedules. Nevertheless, we aim to mitigate these risks as much as possible.

We supplied the Rolls-Royce Cullinan for your event, a vehicle worth £350,000, ensuring a luxurious experience. We would like to know if you were not happy with the vehicle or if it did not meet your expectations. Did we not provide the vehicle you requested?

Additionally, we offered an extra 15 minutes to compensate for the delay. It's also worth noting that you changed the time and address at the last minute, which we accommodated without any additional charges, as per our commitment to flexibility and customer satisfaction.
