Jay was amazing
Jay was amazing, his customer service went above and beyond. He managed to sort out a car with less than 24 hours notice for my daughters prom. Communication was fantastic. Within the hour he had managed to get me a ferrari 488 spider.
The car turned up on time, the driver was very polite and professional. My daughter loved the experience. Jay is an asset to this company, not many companies will now go above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend.

SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS - do NOT use this broker and do NOT trust them with your money! They will ruin your special occasion and refuse to help, keeping your full deposit money without providing the service! Digusting. The guys, in particular JAY have serious attitude and no empathy whatsoever.
After reporting non-service to them, he told me "these things happen". And then told me to wait 21 days to "chase with limo company". Never came back to me, followed up with them and then he refused to help and kept £300 deposit, of which none of it has actually gone to the limo company. ANOTHER lie Jay told. Ridiculous and non apologetic.
Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!!!

Do all your research before booking with this company, check Facebook reviews prior to booking..
I booked with this company 3 years ago for my wedding and they have been really nice with moving the deposit over, I paid £300 deposit all in all..
However the day of the wedding the limo driver rang me to say he’s stuck in Halifax and will be 45 minutes late with 15 minutes notice! Photographers team were at my house already and so I ended up wasting one hour messing around on the phone to sort my transport out ..
I rang the company to explain I couldn’t wait 45 minutes and can not wait for that limo, asked for another one and all I got was there’s only one limo and it was at an “Asian wedding in Halifax” which is miles away from my house.
I lost all my deposit because I couldn’t wait 45 minutes for the limo, I had to cancel it due to this..
My husband and the rest of the party had to drive to the wedding and couldn’t drink and celebrate all because they double booked us and gave us 15mins notice..
Please check all the Facebook reviews before booking and don’t make the same mistake as I did.

limousine for Mums 70th
I booked a limousine for Mums 70th and it was a fantastic couple of hours. The driver took us round all the hotspots of London, allowing us to get out at various places to take the obligatory photos. Mum and the kids loved it. Excellent service from start to finish and highly recommended!

Charged me £200 more than the original…
Charged me £200 more than the original quote as I was traveling in a hummer rather than a standard limo and due to the fact we were travelling on the 27th December. My holiday was rescheduled due to covid and the I was told the hummer was not available. So I sked for a reduction as the price increases were no longer relevant and the exact reply was 'take it or leave it' so i have now lost my £200 deposit.

Our vehicle was 45 minutes late & could not pick everyone up. We had to go & collect them ourselves.
Charging £800 & a deposit in advance of £300 when he finally arrived he refused to drive to the location unless paid in full. The driver on the return journey had an accident hitting another car for good measure.

Jay and kamil really saved me
Jay and kamil really saved me ! I had booked extremely last minute and wasn't sure if they would be able to do it but Jay didn't let me down and neither did kamil our lovely limo driver! We hired the stretch hummer h2 it was amazing 👏 hired it for the last ride to the airport to see off my partner whilst he's going to work away and he was in complete awe ! I would definitely recommend and if I ever need a limo you guys would be my go to !! Thank you so much

I have been in touch with the company for weeks planning a hen party and being well assured every step of the way.... As expected, on the day, chaos. Colour was wrong, standard things like connecting to Bluetooth to play music, didn't work, most buttons wernt functioning. Worst of all, the driver was not updated on the change of address. Luckily HE was nice enough to drop us at the right venue at no extra charge.

Prom booking Manchester
I booked this limo service for my daughter's prom last Saturday. The driver called me 30 mins prior to arrival. The car was nice and the driver very helpful with the music etc they could listen to their music on the speakers through their phones. We booked it for an hour for the journey there it was great.

Do not be fooled i spent £950 on a hummer through Nottingham limo hire for a hour of busted speakers, tape wrapped round damaged poles, dirty floors, dents, bumps, rust the lot!!!!..The driver was decent however had no clue how to handle such a vehicle. This is a BROKER so please be aware that if you live outside of one of the major cities WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!...I've left pictures on Nottingham limo hires site and just left the same on Exclusive also...Absolute rubbish!!!...called in fustration to complain to be told customers spend in the £1000's as if to say £950 for a hour is nothing whilst his child was crying down the phone as if he was on the phone to a friend!!!...SCAM ARTISTS...AVOID OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE OUT!

Last Minute Booking - Amazing Experience
I just want to thank Anand and the team for making my hen do extra special. This was a last minute booking and the team went out the way to ensure everything would be perfect for my big night. All of the hen party had a wonderful experience the driver took photos for us and the sound system was great. The interior of the white stretched hummer - absolutely beautiful!! Definitely has the wow factor. Sound system connects straight via Bluetooth. So please with the service we are even using the company for our big wedding day. 100% recommend
