Ordered and received three pieces of oak from Denmark. The impression is that they are leftover pieces from demolition objects. A piece of oak seems to be surface-treated/painted on one side. Another looks to be damaged by moisture. Not worth the money.

However, we would have preferred if you had contacted our customer service directly when you received your order so that we could have had a good dialogue about it.
After your review on Trustpilot, you sent us a picture of the wood you received.
It is very clearly tannin stains and not moisture damage on the wood. Oak wood easily develops tannin stains, but these are only on the outer surface, and as soon as you start working with the wood, they will no longer be visible.
Even though there is nothing wrong with the wood, we have still offered to take your order back at no cost and refund your purchase fully.
Additionally, I can confirm that the wood has not been treated/painted and that it is not leftover wood.
We have otherwise only received very positive feedback about our wood.
Our offer to take back the wood still stands, and if you have any further questions about the quality of our wood please feel free to contact our customer service - we welcome the dialogue ☺️
