Brilliant agents to deal with
Nothing was too much trouble for this firm. We sold through another agent and bought a house through this Linley and ship. If i was to sell a house again i would definitely use this firm. The sales progresser was excellent. i would highly recommend.

The Best Estate Agent in Orpington!
We recently sold our house through Linay & Shipp and were extremely pleased with the service we received from the outset.
Debbie was friendly and professional when we discussed the valuation, terms, photos and description, the viewings were booked by ‘phone and confirmed by email and the majority accompanied, so we knew exactly where we were.
Once we had accepted an offer on our house, Helen, their sales progressor, took over.
We were kept up to date every step of the way, I really cannot thank Helen enough for her help, advice and patience, she saw that everything was taken care of, checking on the chain, chasing our solicitor and keeping us in the loop with what was going on.
After probably the most stressful week of our lives, we exchanged and completed in just over a week and have finally made it to our dream home by the sea.
We said 24 years ago when we bought our house from Linay & Shipp that we’d never move again, but this time we really mean it!
If it hadn’t been for Helen keeping it all together, I don’t think we’d have made it!
I honestly cannot recommend the team at Linay & Shipp highly enough, they are absolutely amazing!
