Fantastic service for first time buyers.
We first approached Linay & Shipp Financial Services at the beginning of 2021 to seek advice about mortgages as we were first time buyers. We were assigned Ben as we were advised he was the most experienced at dealing with first time buyers. Due to requiring a larger deposit than expected and not finding the perfect place for some time it was a few months until we were ready to move forward. However throughout the months leading up to this point Ben was always more than happy to help and advise us along our journey. Finally we were in a position to put in an offer on a house, which was accepted. Ben quickly secured us a mortgage allowing us to move forward smoothly. Throughout the process Ben was more than helpful and always made us feel we were his top priority. I couldn't recommend Linay & Shipp more and we will be using them in the future for all our mortgage needs.

Linay & Shipp have been excellent
Linay & Shipp have been excellent start to finish. Dave really took the time to get to know us and our needs and then was always around when we needed help and advice. I cannot recommend them enough - I've told anyone I know looking for a mortgage to give him a call.
