A complete waste of time and money…
I am reviewing the Callconnect 'service' in Lincolnshire. It is the worst bus 'service' I've ever known. I don't have my own transport and every time I try and book a bus there is 'no bus available in your area'. My son has mental health problems and sometimes the lack of being able to get anywhere leaves him in a very bad way indeed. Can't get to shops,appts, my children's sports activities, nothing. Always nothing available. It's soul destroying, like rural people don't matter. Imagine a city where there is no public transport available. No one would accept it. I've been told to try and book a week in advance at 6.30 in the morning on the app!! Well don't they understand that not everyone has access to an app and not everyone can be on at 6.30 in the morning, and furthermore, I don't know until a day or so before where I need the go and what times. May as well scrap the whole service as me and people I know never can get a booking. Alternatively, a better idea, run a regular service to and from the local towns!
