The engineer was professional in his manner, tidy and helpful explaining and showing good examples of different ways to work our new home alarm. The office staff are very approachable and friendly.

5 Stars, but for a couple of hiccups!
A Dual-Tech sensor was missing from the kit brought for the initial installation, but was fitted on a return visit. Then two more were needed as motorized curtains, heated by the morning sun, triggered the regular sensors. All sorted out now.

Chap turned up on time, went through the CCTV again and was very patient

Dealt with Kelly who was very efficient and helpful. Had locks changed on rental property and requested set of keys sent to my home address which arrived next day.
