Absolutely unacceptable. Waited over a month for an order that was submitted to an old address. Upon realizing the mistake, I responded to the confirmation email I received within MINUTES. Little did I know that, that particular email isn't monitored. So delivery was attempted to an address that no longer exists (literally tore the house down), then delivered back to the sender. Now according to their policies, I am stuck with an in-store credit. Communication with these people is a joke, with seemingly one person handling Customer Service. They really stretch the "will reply within 1 working day"
I will never order from them again and I strongly urge anyone to stay away from them

TOTAL SCAM. The so Called LINDA woman is simply a photo of some model. The ACTUAL Linda ( of LINDA'S BAGS, originally located in is retired, Yet criminal people are exploiting her name, posting a picture of a random elderly woman-- who is NOT Linda! They are taking People's money. I, and so many others, have been victimized in this way. Please do something! They continue taking orders online, without sending the merchandise...Some sites still feature the items for sale. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN? I will continue to push for action. Shame on those dishonest, corrupt people who perpetuated this crime.

Just a straight up scam. Nothing gets shipped.

Absolute rip off. The order arrives after two months and it's a wrong one, then they tell you they don't have it anymore and give you a gift card, then the ordeal starts all over again until you give up and they get to keep your money.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. I ordered several items (4 shirts and hoodies and a beenie) and about a week later, the tracking number was provided. That was on 7/12/24. The tracking number showed that a label was created, but that the courier was still awaiting the package. No further updates have been provided after 4 weeks. I followed their instructions and submitted a ticket on their website, and got no reply. I submitted a second ticket. No reply. None of these tickets send a copy to your email so now I've had to start over, sending emails directly to their customer service email, so I have a record, and can eventually go through my credit card company to get my money back. Don't waste your time, even if the items are "on sale," because you probably won't get them.

i ordered the $99 duffel bag bundle which was supposed to come “stuffed” with $400 worth of merch. With shipping i paid $120. After waiting 3 months it finally showed up. I received the duffel bag, 3 patches (all the same), 2 stickers, 2 keychains and a beanie. Could have gone on the website and ordered everything individually for well under $100

Very bad customer service…
I ordered 2 orders and got only 1. When I contacted their support they just argued with me about that they had did the job and sent some different online tracking info (which I did myself but still didn’t get me nowhere..)

They now just taking the time and trying to frustrate me with going and filing a claim through the post office which I’ll do tomorrow morning.

Hard to get your money back.. all of this is kinda a big scam to me as it was “free” products the never got to me. And I paid like 50+$ for shipping..

I am constantly harassed from text messages from this company no matter how many times I unsubscribe.

They sent me the shirt I ordered but it took forever to arrive and I literally get 2-6 text messages per day every day trying to sell me more stuff after I have repeatedly asked them to stop

Awful! Ordered $100 mystery box, received 3 keychains and one sticker. They’ve gotten previous orders incorrect and never would send the right order. Horrible customer service and horrible company!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would - And I also wish I was “just a hater” like some random account on here claims is the real reason behind us all giving them their 1 star [well earned] reviews..

In April 2023 I placed 6 seperate $100-200 dollar orders … Only 2 of them were even “partially” filled & shipped … One arrive 3 months later, the other 4 and a half months later..

..I am STILL waiting on the 5 other orders. PERIOD. I was ripped off and they’ve now just deleted them fully from my personal account’s history in their “Tracking Orders” section !!!!!

GOODS OVERVALUED!!! Duty charges are unreal!!!
I bought a two item for 14 dollars deal and they valued the goods at over 450.00. The fees for duty were 70 Canadian upon receipt for a 14 dollar order!

So they overvalued my package more than tenfold-so I would refuse it because the fees were so made up and worth more than the order that I would refuse and it would be shipped back to them and they could sell it AGAIN.

20 dollars American for shipping-the shipping cannot be tracked at all either.

Sooooo shady.

I have ordered from this company x 3
First shipment missing items. Second and third shipment values seriously inflated so the duty would be so high it would just be sent back instead of the fees being paid.

Totally avoid them.

I have filed a claim with Canada Customs as well.

I ordered several things on the 9th and it has been processed on the 15th from USPS. The tracking number was available at the same day when i ordered - you just need to look it up on the right shipping company website!!.... It arrived in GERMANY 5 days later, which is absolutely fine to me. I received it on the 26th. Also, perfectly fine.
The order was complete, so everything good.
I don't get the bad reviews, everything worked perfectly fine. I ordered when there was a big discount, which probably resulted in a lot of orders, and still everything was perfectly fine and was processed very fast! Even for an international order. I would order again, love the stuff!

didn’t ship my order for a whole month and repeatedly refused to cancel until they finally said the products were sold out. Even then, they tried to give me store credit instead of a refund, which is ridiculous.

I think everyone really needs to get a grip and stop bad mouthing this company.. considering it seems to be ran by not very many people I think it's great. The merchandise is awesome, good quality. And ok you say she's a scammer. Why, how.. her boxes say there's a certain amount in them and there is.. but by her prices before the discounts, and my God your whining cause they're isn't enough in the bags. There's plenty considering many times she sells duffle bags filled with stuff in them for 5 bucks.. who cares if the shipping takes a little longer then promised.. she it leaves there warehouse then it's out of there control..I have purchased quite a few things recently and I love the company.. I'm giving it 5 starts and maybe you guys should try to run a business and see how easy it is

24.99 for shipping they waited a week to ship when paid for overnight. Missing items. Second attempt at purchase from them-last order missing items too. They take so so long for shipping expect to wait a month (honestly both times a month or more) to open your package and find you only have half of what you ordered and they will not refund you. Absolute rip off.

Do not buy from this company it is a huge scam. They take your money but don’t deliver the goods. I don’t know how they are able to get away with taking peoples money and not delivering the goods.

Linda Finegold is a SCAM! I ordered 14 items 3 months ago and today only 4 arrived. When I contacted them they offered store credit. As if I would ever order from them again. I have lodged a refund with PayPal. Disgusting company.

I ordered 9 items from them on 8/7. I didn't get a package until 9/27. It only had 2 of the items in it. When I reached out, they gave me store credit. Since I purchased these on sale, the credit is worthless. I want the items or a refund. Their response.....
