Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and Overpriced
Unfortunately, my experience with Rasmus was extremely disappointing. I initially hired him based on a recommendation, but I was met with sloppy work that did not match the standard I had been led to expect. Upon returning home, I found marks on the floor from dropped equipment and damaged woodwork/panels in my flat. The corners were poorly executed, with visible traces from sanding that left the finish looking unprofessional.
Rasmus came back to "fix" the issues, and while the result was slightly better, it still wasn’t up to par. To make matters worse, he didn’t measure the actual square footage of my space before sending an invoice. When I pointed this out, he didn’t believe my measurements and insisted on coming back to measure himself. I was abroad at the time, and after much back and forth, he agreed to issue a new invoice based on the correct measurements. Even so, the final cost was still too high, especially considering the quality of work.
I regret hiring him, as I truly expected more based on the reviews and word of mouth from others. His pricing is significantly higher than other companies I considered, and in my experience, it should have translated into better quality, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Every day, I am reminded of the damage done, particularly to my front door, which now bears the scars of his careless handling. I wish I had known what to expect and would not have hired him if I had.
