French fries were bag of tiny slivers and ends

I'm 66 and I have never bought a food product as poor in quality as Linden Farms crispy frozen French fries. Well over half the bag was tiny slivers and pointed ends. It took a while to sift through the waste and find some decent sized actual French fries. I would never buy any product from this company again.

I received 4 buckets of your 90 day…

I received 4 buckets of your 90 day supply of emergency foods 2-3 years ago. With the current economic and political climes, I opened and sampled some of the food.
The broccoli soup, chili and stews were simply inedible. I am very disappointed!
I have backpacked for years and both made my own dehydrated meals and purchased them. Delicious food can be made. These products are terrible.
I am particular upset because I spent all that money on them. Wasted! I could have spent that money and made my own dehydrated food.
I would like to get my money back or return them and get my money back.
Is that possible?

Lindon Farms Survival Food Company was…

Lindon Farms Survival Food Company was running a PROMO on their 72 hour Survival Food Kit....all I needed to do was to pay $19.95 for the shipping. So I decided to try them out. Boy...what a nightmare! On Mon, Mar 12, 2018 at 1:32 PM, Customer Support wrote:

Then I wrote back with the following email:

Cris,

The issue is NOT resolved. I ordered the 72 hour survival kit on 2-15-18. On 2-28-18 I called for TRACKING INFO. Your customer service rep said she would send it to me in an email. I never received that info. On 3-9-18 I sent email to CUSTOMER SERVICE to request the tracking info AGAIN!! Today 3-12-18 I call AGAIN and your customer service rep can't locate the tracking info....she tells me that she is sending my order to Corporate office to be REORDERED and there will be another 3 to 5 business days for shipping.

HOW THE HELL CAN YOU SAY THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED???? IF THIS IS THE WAY LINDON FARMS DOES BUSINESS.... I'LL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE IN THE FUTURE.

Augason Farms never treated me like you are. They know how to treat their customers.
