Approximately 6 weeks ago I used the L&G app to put my wifes prescription in, 10 days ago I had to put the Same prescription in as they said they didn't receive it. Now my wife has completely run out of Apixaban and Isosorbide which as you know are absolutely necessary and lack of these meds is very dangerous. My wife didn't ask for these meds or any of the other meds she needs. The last thing she needs is a pharmacy trying to KILL HER!!!!!!!!!

I visit the pharmacy every week to collect my prescription. My prescription is always ready on time. Never had any problems The staff are amazing. They cannot do enough for you. If you have a minor problem. They are quick to help you and resolve it if they can i can”t thank them enough for all the help they have given me over many many years. Keep up the good work ladiesI truly appreciate everything you do. 💕💕💕

Excellent service for ear wax removal at Elm Row.

As I was picking my prescription Amy who gave the best service and was so kind to me she have i a wonderful gift bag and with a little extra gift she was very kind to me while I was there!!!

Still had not delivered medication (3 separate items) after 2 weeks. Visited pharmacy, got usual blase excuses. [Out of last 6 prescriptions 5 have not been delivered promptly]
One was then found in a drawer, one had just arrived into stock and third was told there was a national shortage so i would haveno option but to accept an alternative.

Comiston Road Branch. Yet again , not prepared , poor communication between colleagues and as always slow service.
Suggestion - Go in on a Monday , check up on Wednesday and just hopefully they will have your prescription ready ( only after a 20min wait) on the Friday. Polite service however very disorganised.

What a joke waiting in the que for roundabout 20mins to be served only to be told I would have to come back in about 15mins as for my medication not ready very poor also app doesn't work all the time

Milton road branch now very disorganised, not processing request for repeat prescription, despite 3 requests and promises to do it. Lot of similar stories in long queue at branch. Go elsewhere.

Never answer the phone. Do they think everyone owns or can work a computer. My other complaint putting our date of birth on delivery note. This leaves us open to all kinds of fraud. Surely all thats needed is name and address.

Had blocked ear for over a week causing me a lot of pain I went in to this pharmacy had great help from shedrach he unblock my ear he spoke to me and went through it bit by bit was great defo 10/10 for customer service I would recommend to go here if you are having any ear problems

Bannockburn branch is a complet shambles. Repeat prescription service is a joke and never had anything delivered yet. Supposed to take 3-4days I waited 7 days finally i had to struggle to the shop defeating the point of delivery. Sorry but it used to be a good shop.

Absolute joke of a chemist shop, one small obese lady with dark hair follows a taller blonde one around like they are tied together, staff are laughing and joking behind the counter. No one gets served very quickly. My partner is End of Life care and I was sent there to collect vital pain medication for over the weekend, a small round older woman with silver bobbed hair told me she had half the prescription but would definitely deliver the other half later that day. It was Friday, in the end the Palliative Care team had to get an emergency supply from the hospital. These ignorant people NEVER answer their phones and my partner was left with no meds over the weekend so I am reporting them to the Ombudsman and asking him to look at the appalling reviews on here and their website. Disgrace the way the staff act in that shop

Staff at Currie store are rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Shop is a mess with boxes everywhere and no stock on the shelves. Clearly understaffed and under trained.

Very difficult to speak to anyone and then not very helpful. Store looks grubby and still has all Covid stickers on floor.

This has to be the worst chemist I’ve ever been to. Waiting 20-30 mins just to get served is awful. Then another 15mins just to be told they don’t have your prescription items in stock, that you’ll have to come back and go through it all again. They never answer the either.
Unfriendly staff , not a smile in sight or an apology for the wait.
Feel sorry for the people that have to use this chemist.
