Awful service
I ordered some chocolate from their sale and got an email saying that it was being packaged. Then nothing happened. I chased and then chased again and was given a refund without an explanation. In these days of everything being monitored by technology.. I struggle to see how they didn’t dispatch my order then didn’t know they hadn’t dispatched it until enquired.
So very poor service from Lindt, and I have to wait 7-9 days for my refund.
Great chocolate, awful service.

I love to pop into their store in Piccadilly Circus as they have Personalised service and you can also choose your Lindt Chocolate box with a mix of Lindt chocolate & personalise it as a gift for someone. Their customer service is great, the staff are so friendly, welcoming, helpful, supportive, kind. Hence, they even now recognise me as I am a frequent customer always buying gifts & personalise them for hospital doctors, nurses, my Gp doctors & friends & they are very touched when they receive it. Thank you for such an amazing service Lindt Team!! Much grateful and appreciative! Their chocolate is out of this world & I recommend you to try the Dubai Lindt chocolate as it's delicious, even the ice cream!! Yummy!!!!

Not the Premium Experience I Expected -Poor Customer Service
I have recently had a very disappointing experience with Lindt. The customer service was extremely poor, and the products I received had a very short best-before date. There was no option to exchange the items in store, and I was told I would have to pay for the return postage myself.
Overall, the experience with their customer service was very unsatisfactory. I am so disappointed that I will be avoiding their products in future. There are far better alternatives, including local artisan chocolatiers who genuinely value their customers.

Very nice chocolates and varieties. All my family loved them. The chocolates were well wrapped and delivered promptly.
Maybe Lindt should reduce the parcel wrapping to protect the environment.
Overall will order again. Was even given a £5 credit and % discount.
