I was promised something, but nothing happens
In November last year, I filled a complaint form using the Spanish web site's contact form. It is about a chocolate I bought in Spain, which should have a liquor filling and it had not, instead it was manufactured with a void inside. I had a very frustrating experience when opening that chocolate.
In reply from you I was told I would receive a small gift as a token of gratitude but so far I didn't receive anything. I sent emails about it a few times since then, but to no reply. It is very frustrating and impolite, to ignore someone.
Obviously I have pictures of the bad product and the ID number, if it is needed.
