I was very surprised at the fact I can do these workouts! I thought it was easy so it probably didn’t do any good. Was I ever wrong! I feel the soreness a bit later. I am getting stronger and have way more mobility now.

Lindywell is exactly what I need at this stage of life. There are a variety of workouts and adaptations to suit what I need each day. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. I love that there is no annoying, distracting music. I am learning to really feel and know my body. I feel better and stronger in the few months that I have been doing Pilates with Lindywell five days a week.

Love this app! I appreciate the weekly workouts when decision fatigue is too much, and love the filter feature if I know exactly what my body needs. All the instructors are clear and encouraging, offering just the right amount of cues and positive energy to make my workout enjoyable. I really appreciate the lack of a timer or background music. Who needs to add to the beach?

Lindywell has been a game changer! The quick, doable videos have been so awesome! I was at a place where I felt like I couldn't devote any time to exercise, especially 30- to 60-minute classes, but Lindywell takes the guesswork out by providing already chosen videos that are easy to fit into my schedule, and now I'm moving my body every day and looking forward to my time on the mat. The variety is awesome, and I love Robin's positive energy! I love Lindywell!

I absolutely love Lindywell. , I had a few setbacks when I first started with some heart palpitations, but I’m back at it and yes, I’ve worked out most of my entire life. I’m 68 years old. I walk every day and do weights three days a week, but I’ve added the Lindywell Pilates five days a week sometimes I do on the weekends because I love it so much. I’m looking forward to each and every day to work out And I so enjoy all the instructors.!! I’m hooked!! And feeling more toned all the time, try it, please. You will not be disappointed if you are driven to be the best that you can be and disciplined enough to do your daily workouts. I love it.!!

I love the Lindywell app. It keeps me on track. Even if I only have 5mins I can go into the app and find a short workout. I always leave feeling strengthened and often energized.
I love that they have a calendar available each week. As well as different series to choose from and the ability to choose a workout depending on time and which body part you need to work that day.
I use the app 5-7days a week!
The only thing that I would update is the ability to make my own weekly calendar ahead of time.

I love this program!! It has helped greatly with my hip & back pain and my lymphatic drainage as it keeps the muscles & joints well lubricated & the fluid from getting congested.

I have had a membership since 2018, and it keeps getting better. I joined when I was home with a toddler and looking for a way to get some gentle movement and pelvic floor support in at home and during nap time. I love that I can search for a specific type and length of workout to meet my needs for the day. The app is easy to use and being able to “favorite” workouts I love makes it easy to come back to them.
