This is a terrible company. I bought a pair of poor quality shoes and it was impossible to get a refund from them. They don't respond to emails until you chase and then they ask for a photograph. It was all delaying tactics until I gave up. Avoid!
Don’t use this company! They don’t answer emails and the quality is poor. No idea how to get a refund or replacement. Everything is in Chinese.
This is a terrible company. Delivery is slow. I bought shoes which were rock bottom quality with minimal ankle or arch support. I contacted customer service for a refund. Emails take over a week to reply and it’s always a stalling tactic - why do I not like them, send photographs etc etc. I’m still waiting for an address to return the shoes. Beware buyers!
