worst customer care. Once paid, no way to rerturn

Received the wrong product after waiting 4 months, but the customer care refused to take a return, though I am eligible to return the item since they delivered the wrong item. I even agreed to deliver the item to their store and agreed to pay the penalty, if any, but still refused to take the return. Later, they stopped responding to my emails, and the employees in the store, but they asked me to contact customer care.

Finally filed a complaint with arn.se against Line Furniture, and to my surprise, they didn't respond to ARN for 6 months, hence ARN decided in my favour a month back. After all this, line furniture didn't issue my refund and not sure what to do next.

Once you have bought any furniture from Line Furniture then you have to keep it, no matter if it's wrong or damaged, but you won't get a refund

WARNING!!!!!!!

A Crooked company with crooked people from Turkey . Scam !! dont spend your money there, you will regret. Just check the website of Konsumentverket så you know. I didnt and I spent 33000 kr which i could burn it instead.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor treatment and the terrible quality of the products. I purchased furniture for my entire home and paid 69,000 NOK plus 15,000 NOK for shipping to Norway.

When I started assembling the furniture, I discovered major issues:
• The wardrobe was delivered without hinges.
• The cabinets are missing handles.
• The bed came in two different colors.
• And worst of all, the dining table, which cost 7,500 NOK, was delivered without a base and legs.

I have been trying to contact the company for two months without any response, except for one email, and I am still waiting for a solution.

I am incredibly angry about this treatment, especially since I was preparing my home for my wedding and trusted that I would receive beautiful and good-quality furniture.

WARNING! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to buy from this site! Poor furniture quality. Only interested in your payment. Customer service 0/10.
Not interested in your calls after u have place ur order. Bought a bed of 22,000kr that got damage after 5 months and they couldn’t do anything.
Sofa set was in a very bad shape and poor quality.
The worst place I have ordered furniture in sweden..

I ordered a table which came damaged and I tried to get in touch with the company they said that I bought a secondhand table for 10000 Swedish kr I ordered by phone and she said nothing about it and it doesn’t shows or says anything about it I means come on who wants to buy a secondhand kitchen table for 10000 kr I suggest people stay away it’s a scam company

Poor quality furniture- dressing table

Order number is #6422. Very poor customer service after sale, bad quality product. we bought dressing table which is broken after 6 months and can't be used. Have filed complaint to kund service but they don't want to repair or replace and give excuse it's due to usage. It is because of bad quality railings. Poor experience not to buy anything from line furniture. While selling they say it's 3Yr guarantee in actual no guarantee.

Great products, non-existent customer care

I absolutely love the style of furniture they carry and the representatives on-site was welcoming and treated us well.

Their customer service (if you can call it that) is however horrendous and insulting. We ordered a bed and mattress and the mattres is only supported in 3 places - far away from the end of the bed; where you would quite naturally sit when going in and out of the bed.
What happened was that the supporting structure broke in the exact same place on both sides (it is a queen size bed) when my wife and I sat down on the bed. She weighs about 65 kilogram and there was no additional force involved.

When I turned to the customer service they claimed that we did not use the bed the intended way and that we had used the product in an unnatural way or mistreated the product according to their agreement with the supplier.
I am still perplexed to how to get into the bed without sitting down. Hopefully they will send me a manual on how to use the bed the correct way and clarify it for me.

This was not the only odd behaviour though. In the same email where they claimed that their customer mistreated their product they also ransomed us to send out a representative to look over the damaged goods. They wanted me to send 2000 SEK on Swish just to have someone tell me that it was broken so they could charge even more for repairing their faulty product.

I rarely complain and usually try my best to find a solution that serves both parties. But this treatment is just too much to go unnoticed. There was no sign of actually caring to solve our issue or correct their mistake. Even if we were to blame and that it was in fact mistreatment of the product they gave no sense of comfort of finding a suitable option for us to pursue.

My advice to anyone buying from Line Furniture Group is to do it with caution and do not expect any support after you have purchased to product.

Also. If you buy a bed (the Royal in particular) make sure you install it yourself and add extra support to both the end and top of the bed so that you can comfortably sit at the end and rest your head without worrying falling down to the floor.

I ordered a sofa long time ago

I ordered a sofa long time ago. They are not answering any of my messages about a refund. Dont use you money here if you dont want to be scammed! Trust me dont make the same mistake as me! You can find the same stuff at other places.

This is the last time I buy from this company. Poor customer service and poor quality. If you are looking for sofas or other furniture, I recommend a company other than this one. They do not care about good quality and having satisfied customers.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is very bad and it takes them ages to answer. We bought some sofas and had some problems with the installation. The company came by 3 times in total to fix it but the just rushed their work and didn’t do it good.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

They have a bad after sales service. All of the items delivered arrived with damages such as scratches, missing paint and small holes on the surface of them. We have received furnitures displayed in the store while we had been told that the furnitures would be new. Some of the items arrived uncovered.

We declined the delivery and requested a new one with new furniture. It has been a month since we received the furniture and Line Furniture is not answering anymore.
