This is my first (and probably last) order through Linencomfy. The order came today, missing some of what I had ordered, and I discovered the leggings run small. I'm normally a medium in running pants. Also, the photo makes them look like they are stitched with buttons on them. They are not. It is design is printed on the material, so it would seem the images are of a different fabric and these are replicas. My daughter is a small, so when the pair didn't fit me, I gave them to her. She is athletic—runner and TKD 2nd degree blackbelt. They are a little loose in the hips and waist for her, but not too bad. In the calves, however, they are tight. I ordered on January 2, 2020, and when it didn't arrive by March, I began to contact them to find out if it was going to ship. I was planning to cancel and just get money back, but they told me twice that it was a priority order. I received the order on April 18, 2020—three and a half months after ordering. I ordered three sets of leggings, a shirt, a bracelet, and two sets of earrings. The package was missing two of the leggings I ordered. I am waiting to hear from customer service about the other two leggings, but I am no longer able to login to the website.

OH MY GOD. I'm peeved! Not only did I wait three months for my packages..but they mailed my four pants out one at a time so I have less chance of cancelling them.. and when I emailed them to complain about how long it was taking... they said they were mailed out that day... so they couldn't refund me. THEN once I got them... dear lord what a waste of 70$! nothing at all like the photo!!! it is a cheap swimsuit material, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY they fit weird and look awful!!! don't buy!!!!

Do not order from this company. They do not send what you order and they charge you to return the merchandise. They beg you to just keep it. I also cancelled my order and they sent it anyways.

Do not trust the images they post, what you order and what you receive are NOT the same. After months of emailing - it’s the only option - they refuse to give a refund or even tell me where to send the items back to. I wasted money on products that are not what I wanted. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I'm going to post this as many times as I can to as many websites as possible....... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They literally are thieves. I don't even know how they are able to do business in this country but we have to band together and not purchase from them so that they are not able to make any money from another trusting American. I have never had a problem with online purchases, even those from other countries. This one is unethical, unprofessional and crooked. Their website is deceiving as they falsified their return policy. Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. And to top it all off, their clothing fabric is so thin, I would be afraid to wash it.
I cannot say enough about this company.... Please DO NOT purchase from them. You will only be disappointed and unable to get a refund. Share this with everyone you know. Lets make it so that they cannot or are unable to do business in the United States.

Can we have the option of zero stars??!! I ordered something last year in October and hadn’t received anything by January. I emailed them about it and they said it would ship soon but I told them to forget it and just refund my money....DO NOT SEND IT!!! They kept sending emails asking me to reconsider. I sent them so many emails telling them not to send the product and refund my money. They kept saying reconsider.....give as a gift to a friend yada yada. DO NOT SEND!!!! REFUND MONEY!!!! Of course I come home to a package from them with the things I had ordered before 😡. I was so mad!! I got in contact with them again to tell them I received the package, but they would still be refunding my money and if they want it back they would be paying shipping as well. Same thing....back and forth emails. “Give them to a friend.” “It’s a really great product.” “Shipping is expensive, it would be better to keep them.” Blah blah blah. I told them you shouldn’t have shipped them in the first place so not my problem. Anyway, I need to figure out what to do next. I can’t just let this go. Someone needs to stop these people!!

Same story as everyone else. They sent me a package which had only one thing I ordered in it. They’ve been saying the rest is coming but it’s been months.

Ordered in February 2020 got NOTHING. $150 on self for BDay. So disgusted

I ordered on Jan 26th and still haven’t gotten my order. They are a scam. The better business bureau should take them down

I read the reviews after ordering and decided i had to give them a chance first. I heard nothing for two weeks and then sent them an email. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back of they would not ship within two weeks. They responded with the text that they would send out my order soon. This went on for two months; me asking for my money and them totally evasive telling me they will send me my order.
I got a part of my order today... it looked nothing like the adverts. Very ugly and bad quality clothes.
I am now opening a dispute through my credit card company.
Please don't order with this company, they don't deserve your money.

Do not order from this company. They took my money and I have yet to receive my two pair of leggings that I ordered in January. After repeated emails I have yet gotten nothing but lies - they won’t even give me a refund. Horrible experience.

Do not purchase anything from this company! I did a purchase in January and got anything! No answer from them or anything. It’s a real scamming

I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. It has been over 2 months and I have not even received a track number. Please do not order anything from them

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order right at 2 months ago and I havnt received anything. When I email them and ask for an ETA or refund they respond “please be patient, we will send you a tracking number when your order is completed.”

This is a completely fake site. I ordered some items, never received anything; filed a claim against them. Then I was sent a package of cheap men's socks from a fake address. I still haven't been able to get my refund processed with PayPal b/c the crook registered that fake package with them and PayPal can't understand that the package was fraudulent.

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I did NOT get what I ordered. They sent me something but it looked nothing like what I ordered! I was very disappointed with this website which shows cute clothes and height quality products - this website is nothing like what you think you will get! The materials are awful and the products look nothing like what you think you will get! Bad online shopping experience!!!! VERY BAD!!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would. They are a complete Scam. 1st it took over a month for my order to ship. in that time I asked them to cancel the order and they just flat out refused and sent me a product anyway. The product they sent me wasn't even what I ordered. I ordered 5 items and they sent me two that I didn't order... Now they are being difficult about refunding my money. They are a huge scam. Shame on companies like Facebook for allowing scam companies to use their advertising platform.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will just steal your money. They never shipped the items & refused to give me a refund. I had to contact my bank. I am NOT letting this go & no one else should. I have contacted the company who supposedly rents them a "virtual office" in Irvine California. I am going to contact the FBI.

I wish I read reviews first. Beautiful idea for clothing. Ugly company. Do not wast time or money. It is a scam.
