I made a mistake with my order so I sent a email to the company to amend it. The next morning I received a phone call from an agent to confirm the amendment and the items arrived the next day. Excellent and friendly service, I would recommend this company to everyone.

These are a lot healthier than the plastic muck made in China. I would like them to offer a one ply version too, as the masks do not actually stop viruses but we still have to wear them at work and in shops for 'show'. The more I can breath normally, the better.

These masks are great, especially if like me, you find ear loops uncomfortable when wearing for any length of time. They wash well and last ages. Once ordered, they arrived within days, very efficient.

Excellent quality, well made and comfortable to wear for longer periods of time, doesn't aggravate my sensitive skin. I have washed it a few time and it washes and irons well. Comfortable with glasses, nose wire stops my glasses from steaming. Great close fit around the chin and nose. Feels thick enough to provide protection but not too thick that breathing is difficult. Fast delivery. Definitely recommend!

Great quality masks and excellent delivery.

I ordered 2 face masks last August and I was so happy with them, I recently ordered 5 more. The most important part for me was the straps around the back of the head, rather than the ears.
Ordering was easy and the masks arrived with no delay.

Terrible customer support. I bought two size small masks and one arrived in the larger size and had been mislabelled. I reached out and customer service said I would have to cover the costs of postage in order to get a refund, even though the error was on their side. Very disappointing considering postage almost equates to the cost of the mask itself. In the end nobody replied to my emails and were incredibly rude.

Beautifully made mask with lovely material. Perfect fit and having two bands really helps keep the mask snug over nose and face and stops from moving.

Wonderful, comfortable masks. Only issue is that they hug close to the face all over, so it is difficult to know how good of a seal is gotten.

Perfect.... exactly what I need for every day use in work

Top quality mask but too small for me. I used the measurements against another mask I had. The linen is excellent and the elastic strong. Apart from trying it on, I haven't been able to wear it at all. If you are an adult, buy the larger size.
