Misleading Product, Refused Refund – Avoid This Store

I ordered clothing from LinenStylish.com that was advertised as being made of cotton and linen. When it arrived, it turned out to be made of 100% polyester, which I’m allergic to. This is not only false advertising, but also a serious health issue.

I contacted customer service immediately, and they kept offering me partial refunds — first $25, then $30, then $35 — instead of returning the full amount I paid, which was $80. They also asked me to return the item at my own expense, including shipping and customs fees, even though the mistake was theirs.

Under EU consumer law, this is completely unacceptable. I have now filed a complaint with ECC-Net Italy and contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

I strongly recommend avoiding this store — the product quality is poor, the materials are misrepresented, and they clearly rely on customers giving up rather than standing up for their rights.

One star because zero is not possible.. Scam, scam, scam- first and last order- they charged me more than what you see on the web,one month later I received a pair of linen pants made from polyester and labeled-100% linen- outrageous!The first day I wear them- big crack open and I had to spent the rest of the day with shame.. never buy there people!

This website is a scam. I've read other reviews re the refund/exchange and I'm having the same experience. This company wants me to pay $12 to exchange an item all the while I'm out $46 for a dress that I do not want and want to return. They will not take it back or refund me $46. Do not buy from this company!! I regret having purchased from these folks.

I ordered a dress for 57 USD, which took forever to arrive and then the quality was an absolute joke and nothing like on the pictures. When I contacted the customer service they just told me that I'd have to pay the expensive shipment back, instead they would offer me a refund of.. wait for it.. 7 Dollars !

Awful quality, the material is absolutely horrible and it irritates your skin. The clothes are not flattering and don’t look at all like in the pictures.
I have been disputing my return and refund for almost a year. It’s been months since they received the goods back (which I had to pay for shipping to China) and still haven’t received any money back. They keep going back and forth about the fact that they have registered a refund and will come back to me asap but they probably never will. I lost over £200 on this.
Please please please someone report them and I urge you to avoid purchasing any item from them

Ordered a jumpsuit for an event from here but unfortunately it did not arrive in time. When I reached out asking how to return the item I no longer needed (mind you I did not even take it out of the package when it arrived because the event had passed), they said the fees to ship back would be too much and they could offer me $7. $7 for the $65 item. When I declined and asked that they issue a refund, they offered me $12. After the same back and forth many others reported having, I finally said I would just unfortunately report them and never buy from them again. So, unless you know 100% that you are keeping the item, do not buy from this website.

I have recently purchased from Linenstylish - 3 pieces. First of all the quality like all the other reviews was terible quality and not as advertised secondly the sizing is completely wrong. I am usually a size Large and the pants could barely fit me. The worst of all like many other reviews was the shocking return process or lack there of. When I asked for the full amount of 114 dollars back they had the audacity to tell me they would give me back 14 dollars. I was shocked and enraged and told them it is completely unacceptable. They then offered 30 dollars back and I said no once again. They then proceeded to say 38 dollars. I could see I was fighting a losing battle and told them to at least give me 50% of my purchase back. They said 45 dollars is there final offer. I felt like I was bargaining on the street and not what is supposed to be a high end clothing brand. Absolutely do not buy from them! Funny how all their review on their website is positive with zero bad reviews. I couldn’t leave a review on the actually website and then came across all these negative feedbacks on this platform.

This is a scam, their clothes are not proportional , badly sewn. You will attempt to return and they will offer a ridiculous amount so you can keep the items. Returning is expensive. Do not buy …big scam!!!

Scam. Wrong size delivered - they don’t want to make exchange. Terrible material- they don’t want to make return. Lost money.

The worst customer service of all time. They sent me the wrong size and wanted me to pay to return it for an exchange and when I declined that they offered me FIVE dollars. Shameful. I will never order from them again.

They say your refund is over the due date even though you can refund at any time!

Avoid this scammy website like the plague.

I bought a dress which was terrible, poor quality is actually giving it more praise than It deserves.
I’ve opened a case with PayPal, I subsequently ordered a £10 from Shien and it is so much better quality and fit than this piece of rubbish this company sent me.
Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely pathetic material and stitching. Had to return the items for a size exchange twice with no difference in the sizing whatsoever. They sell Temu quality china stuff for a huge margin. Please run away from this scamster.

Same as all of the others. Horrible quality misrepresented the item that is shown on the website - won't send return instructions and offered me $8 for a 60$ purchase. Came up with all sorts of made-up fees not listed on their site - complete fraud and sham. Have filed complaint with Paypal and hoping to get some money back. Fingers crossed.

They are just horrible customer service . It is SCAMM. Never buy anything from this site .

Would give it a zero if I could. The quality of the material is awful and the sizing way off. When I asked for a return, they tried to just get me to o buy more crap at a higher price with the credit. Dodgy as all get out. Steer clear.

I am a standard Australia Size M/10 and ordered the pants in size M, but they were at least two sizes smaller.
I requested to return the product and was willing to pay the shipping fee, however, they don't want their product back and insisted on sending me a large size and asking for more money/shipping fee they exchange emails with on-end and without a proper solution

Do not shop with this company. Their products are cheap and not like the pictures on the website. I bought a jumpsuit, the quality of the product is so poor, the zip doesn’t work so I can’t even wear it. They won’t accept returns, they won’t give me any refund, and they have stopped all communication. TERRIBLE. Please do not waste your money

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the dress is absolutely terrible and nothing like the description on the website. It looks cheaply made and completely different from the photos. The customer service is appalling: they refuse to process returns and don’t respond to any of my messages. I strongly advise against shopping here!

Terrible service, they are scammers. And now I see all the reviews and I understand that there are many like me, they fell for the ads on Instagram, and it turned out that they are Chinese scammers.
