Scammers , bought a dress for $74 and it doesn't fit . And I asked for return label. So they offered me $12 , just so I can keep it. lol. There is no name or phone number or anything.

Horrible! Do not buy from this place!!

I ordered an outfit that was a pants and top set for $50. When it arrived it was way too small. The pants were more like capris that didn't even reach my ankles. The item is pictured and marketed as linen but it is not linen or was plastic feeling. I emailed the company and they took days to respond. They wanted pictures of the cloths and wanted more money to send me a bigger size. I had to email them like 5 times to get that response. Then I told them I just wanted a refund and to return the item and they have once again stopped responding.
At this point I'm just going to call my cc company to deny the charge.

Don't buy from these people, low quality, and terrible customer service and basically a waste of money and time.

Worst customer service. First, I never received an order confirmation. Tried to contact the customer service multiple times without success.

Finally, once I received my order (which I wasn’t expecting anymore), the quality is bad, the stitches, everything. Now I’m trying to return my order but nobody is replying to all of my emails.

Have someone been able to return their order or talk to someone from this company?

Bad experience.
I ordered an item and I need to give back but they don’t answer at the emails and then they told me to keep the items and they are willing to pay me only 9 dollars with a payment by my side of 56.
Ridiculous.

I bought a dress( the one they advertise on Instagram ) and it has dirty black spots all over the dress. The quality is not at all okey like I saw in the videos.

I made a HUGE order. All the clothes that arrived were ridiculously massive on me despite me ordering the smallest sizes. One item was missing and instead I was sent a random item I didn't order. There are no returns process on the website. I have emailed them and they take days to reply each time. I was told to send pictures of the issue - why on earth do I need to send picture of every item of clothing if they were all BIG on me? Makes no sense.

All I simply want to do is to return all of this and they are refusing to send return instructions.

Please do not order from them. They are fake and a scam. I should have read reviews on here before making an order.

I received my order which was very poor quality . Another order I made before receipt of my first still hasn’t even arrived ( order number 00252387). I didn’t get a confirmation email for either of my orders and so have no paperwork to return them !
I recommend that you don’t order from them!

I placed an order, items sizes were smaller than anticipated. Emailed 3 times to return with NO response. VERY BAD!!!!!

What a SCAM!!!!

I wanted to return my items cause the sizing was all wrong for my body. They force you to speak to them on the first 14 days to action a return so I sent an email asking to return these.
They tried to negotiate saying I would need to pay for the return so I might as well keep clothes that I would never wear for an incentive of 10$ when my order costed above 90$.
When I highlighted how ludicrous that offer sounded and that I’d likely never order from them again if this was the best they could offer they have since ghosted me and have not actioned my return as requested and I’ll likely not receive my money back.
This is a fraudulent company so don’t buy from them!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the dresses I recently ordered from your company. Upon receiving them, I discovered they were vastly different from what was advertised. The fabric is poor quality, resembling curtains, and the dresses do not match the length or quality depicted online. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue with your customer service team, I was offered a minimal refund of 8$ while my order was worth 100$.After my confrontation with customer service, you abruptly ceased responding. I am deeply disappointed in your company's lack of transparency and poor customer service, and I strongly advise against purchasing from you in the future.

My recommendation if they also scammed you- let’s write comments on Instagram all the time - so other girls don’t buy by them. I also reported their profile in Instagram

Do not buy their products. They are a SCAM!!!! My dress is not linen, it's poorly made, had soil on it. No way to return or exchange it!

I wish I read these reviews before placing an order. I ordered clothes one size bigger than my normal size but I received clothes so small that I could barely put one. Customer service appalling, they stopped responding when I asked to return my items. Stay away from this company.

Had a terrible experience. The quality of the sewing on the top and skirt I ordered was low and therefore the fit was terrible. The fabric was also see-through so unwearable. Didn't look like the photos at all. I wanted to return the items but it is very unclear how to do so from their website. What it does say is there is only a 14 day return period. So I emailed them within a few days of receiving the items, but they didn't get a reply. I chased twice and eventually got a reply asking me to send photos. Then I did promptly but got no reply. Still nothing...

I do not recommend ordering products from them. the clothes are different from those in the photos. returns policy is troublesome. The clothes received have nothing to do with those in the photos!!!!

I recently purchased several items and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The clothes I received were the wrong size and the real issue began when I tried to initiate a return.

According to their return policy, customers have 14 days from the receipt of the items to return them. I followed their instructions and emailed customer service for return details, but after sending five emails, I received absolutely no response. It’s been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with them.

The lack of response and support is completely unacceptable. Not only are they ignoring my repeated attempts to contact them, but they are also making it impossible for me to exercise my right to a return within the specified timeframe.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from to think twice. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and they do not honor their own return policies. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Do not order from this website. Items are hit and miss. However, the worse part is that they sent the correct items but instead of size small they sent extra large. They do not respond to numerous emails. Save your money. Contacting your credit card will get them to answer and they’ll offer a $10 refund and you get to keep the item that’s clearly too big to wear. They will insist to the credit card that they sent you the correct item.
