Makita dust extraction unit/vacuum. when my order eventually arrived (1 week late) all the electrical connections were European so not compatible with my 240v tools. I contacted the company and was told I should have noticed lineoline.co.uk was based in Italy so would come with European plugs and sockets. Avoid this company!!

I wish I read the reviews first, like others I was deceived by the uk web address if I had know it was In italy I would of avoided, absolute nightmare! I ordered a work jacket for the cold spell expecting delivery within the advertised 3-5days it now been 10 days and tracking shows it is still in Italy stuck at customs for the past 5 days not doing anything! Every time I email customer service all I get is It definitely will be delivered tomorrow.. absolute joke ended up ordering another jacket elsewhere and it’s came before the other has moved.
If You Are A UK Customer DO NOT ORDER From Here.. BE WARNED!

Shocking Shocking Shocking!!!!!
1. lineonline.co.uk This is not uk site they there are based in Italy.
2. you have to contact them via the email there is no phone number.
3. I received the fault product. I contact them and they ask me for pictures, videos of the product Before I return the item.
4. They are lying it is no easy return you have to pay for International return postage, custom duty end etc.
And finally when I placed the order they promised 3 to 4 days delivery time.
It took them 29 days to deliver the items.
If you wanna take a chance good luck.

Ordered a Qlima pellet stove and I was apprehensive after leaving the reviews. the service was excellent and stove arrived in perfect order and by the delivery date that was expected. Highly recommend.

Delivered an electric scarifier without the mains lead. when i contacted them they replied that i didn't need one. they have yet to tell me how it will work without one. the website also showed a "free gift" which was a plug adapter. i did not recieve this either but i guess as i didn't get a power lead they thought i wont need the adapter.
The scarifier manufacturer has confirmed there should have been a 10m power lead.
This company are based in Italy despite the ".co.uk" website.

Excellent purchase website. Very efficient. I bought some clothes.
The only thing I guess you could improve is the display of the size of the clothes you sell.
The grid to find the correspondance is useful but foggy. I knew the size written on the clothes I wanted to buy but they are never displayed on the site.
Please, consider to note the VAT value on your bills.

I was very stressed after reading the reviews on here. but I must admit that everything was fine. it's true that the company ships from Italy but it does it efficiently. I ordered on Monday, on Friday morning I had the order at home. I am satisfied with the process.

Brought a pellet stove delivered in perfect condition works well very please but took 3 weeks to arrive from Italy because they do not have a warehouse in England

Probably the worst online experience ever - the only good thing is that I got my money back on a £700 purchase. Firstly, it is not a uk operation despite the .co.uk. Since the same product was listed twice with different prices, different delivery times, I got on the chat to confirm that the higher price would get quicker (same-week) delivery as quoted on the (slow and tacky) website. OK, yes, so all good. No surprise, nothing arrived, no dispatch date email. Back on the chat 'oh it's out of stock and then there's all the Brexit paperwork'. The only good bit and hence 2 star: they did actually to my surprise do the refund, so I can honestly say it's not a scam but it is a huge timewaster for both parties and very very italian (normally not a bad thing).

Bought the safety shoes, paid for 24hours DHL delivery, get my shoes after 2 weeks. When contacted customer service where is my shoes, get the answer,,We don't have that shoes in stock we order from supplier, Me: what about 24hour DHL delivery,
I want my money back ? It will be 24hours delivery when we receive your shoes from supplier.
Not even ask or I want my money back, never again.

This company is not a UK company. Package arrived late. The item didn't work as it was meant to and they won't refund but tell you to take it up with the supplier..as they are only a retailer. Should have bought on amazon.

Ordered a Stiga Multiclip 750S on 18th April, was attracted by very good price circa £100 cheaper than anywhere else and item in stock. After ordering and paying I then read the trust pilot reviews with great concern! Item has turned up today 3rd May complete with an accessory pack containing oil, petrol can and safety gloves/goggles and a cover!
Delivery took longer then originally promised but it arrived, well packaged and was an absolute bargain!

The company has no warehouse in Uk, the items take weeks to get at your address and if you want to return it's complicated due to Brexit and the high cost of return delivery. They use English website but It's like you are buying from the Italian one and I didn't know that. Buy only if you are in Italy

This is my 2nd time to order fro. Lineonline and I must say I am very impressed with the service. I placed the order and it was delivered 4 days later. Will be back and Thank you

Item never delivered and did not get full refund. they have uk web address but based in some other part of the world. Paid higher for 24 hour delivery but did not get delivery at all. They charged me more than what it showed on the checkout.
Avoid if can Or learn you lesson like i did

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY DID NOT DELIVER ALL THE ORDER PLACED AND NEVER REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS. DISGUSTING. DISGUSTOSA

As mentioned elsewhere this is an Italian company trading with a co.uk website. First they show a one day delivery and after payment this becomes three to four days. They publish a price in GBP and then you get charged in Euros and at a higher price. Although I paid via Paypal my bank charger a conversion fee. After a week I contacted them via Paypal and they blamed Brexit and said their accountants were working on it. I received a refund via Papal and my bank charged another conversion fee. I am £6 down and nothing to show for it.
