Actually they deserve zero stars. They are scammers & liars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered November 24, 2020. Never received anything. Once in a while I’ll get an email that says they were “a little behind” & that my order is in production. Disputed the charges with my bank. They’re liars & thieves!!

I ordered in November of 2020. They said they shipped, but it never really did. They said they made a mistake and were reshipping, they never really did. I finally went to my bank to have the charges reversed. Linetics lied and claimed they shipped even though they sent me email saying they didn't. Do Not buy from these guys. Today I got an email from konnetixs.com. I think they are the same company. Same pictures, same reviews...Names and write ups...same discount and pricing structure, same story about how they came to be. I would suggest you don't buy from them either.

I believe this to be a scam. Everyone should report to the FTC and their credit card company or this will continue to happen to others.

WARNING CHECK THIS COMPANY OUT BEFORE ORDERING. I bought their product over two months ago and it still has not arrived. They have given me the following excuses:

They have too many orders, but will get the order me in the next ten days.

The factory has already begun producing your order and will be sending it to you as soon as production is complete.

I asked for a refund and they replied, “once you receive your order, you can send it back unopened for a full refund.”

After reading the following reviews I now suspect Linetics is a massive scam getting super rich at the expense of hundreds of honest people. Does anyone know what authority we can contact to take action or at least warn others.

Ordered on November, 30, 2020. Tracking number issued is apparently invalid. Never received order. Never. How do I get $$$refund?

This company is a complete Scam, they take orders and never Deliver. There is thousands of complaints on Facebook, where they advertise.

If they respond to complaints it's just lies about shipping from china or that they have too many orders.... Blah blah Blah... BS

I order in November, it's February now still no delivery or refund.

I for one will never order from a company that Advertises on Facebook.

i will never buy from an American Company again, the Whole Country is a Fraud!

I ordered on 15th December for a Christmas present.

40 days later, on 22nd January, they send this after I try to cancel the order and have my money refunded:

"The factory has already begun producing your order and will be sending it to you as soon as production is complete.

Scam, I can't say yet but for sure, not a company I would recommend anyone doing business with!

I ordered these before Christmas and still have not received them. I get a generic email back from them about 5-7 days after sending them an email. Saying they will ship in 7-10 days. That they are sorry for the delay but they couldnt keep up with the orders over the holidays. I cannot believe this. And I just went to their website. It says that it is quick shipping. They need to put a disclaimer on their site saying things are backorder up to 2 months. Or something!!!!!

I never got my order and they will not refund. They send phony shipping info. Scammed me? IDK, they have my money I have nothing. Email bounced. Disc phone.

I placed my order on 12-3-2020 and I have not received a tracking number yet. But they took the money out of my bank account on 12-7-2020 every time I email them they give me the same excuse, this was a Christmas gift for my 11yr old.

Like others, I ordered three sets of magnetic building blocks, they charged me for all three and NEVER shipped them. Here it is Jan 16 and they still haven't arrived. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and the had the nerve to just claim the charged were VALID! Definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

It is defintly a scam. Ordered mine in early December and still have not received it yet. I keep on writing to them and they say they are behind or do not answer at all.

OMG, no one received their purchases! I've made one on December 5 and still haven't got it.

Looks like it's all rigged. My order number was over 6000, if that's true, then there are several thousands of people that have been screwed.

Is there any way to bring them to justice?

Same scenario as all the other reviewers. Ordered nov 287, 2020. Still not received. I wrote before Christmas, and they said there was a 'mix up'. I wrote back after Christmas, and they have not replied. Good luck to all who have also been scammed.

Ordered early December. Email answered in mid December indicating order will be arriving later. It’s now almost second week in January and still have not received. I guess I’ll have to get another gift for my granddaughter who was looking forward to it. Oh well..Update: It’s now April, item still not received. My credit card company has intervened, took charge off and contacted Linetics, but no answer.

Order placed on Dec 4, 2020. Not yet shipped. Hoping for a response to my email inquiry.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered! I ordered 4 sets of sticks & balls at the cost if over $150.00. This was Dec 1, 2020. Still have not received. Will not answer my emails, telephone number cannot be completed as dialed. Double double checked number it was dialed correctly. Their money cleared my bank a few days after order. Still getting promotional offers multiple times a day.. I don't know what resources I have now! Live & learn?

Ordered the magnetic ball and sticks on November 24, 2020 and still have not received anything (1/4/2021). I called the phone number on my credit card (480-878-1586) and they never pick up or call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible company. Ordered two small sets. Took one month, just got one. Sent email regarding this, and they want me to send them a picture of what I received. I refused. What would a picture do. And the magnets are tiny. Should have read reviews before I ordered.

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order on Nov 24, 2020, my credit card was charged $42.50 on Nov 24, 2020 and on Dec 23, 2020 I still had not received my order. I spent hours digging around on the Internet to find a way to contact them. Once I found their website, they promise "24/7 support." To this day, I have left 15 messages via this "support," and at least 10 voice mail messages AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE from them. It wasn't until I found their legal representation on the Internet (Sublime Legal in Phoenix, AZ) and called them to inquire about their relationship with Linetics. Mysteriously, the next day I received a shipping notification, with a tracking number and an invoice for $29. I have left additional messages inquiring about the cost difference, still no response. What I have received are multiple email promotions from them - sometimes within minutes of each other. Can't wait to see what their response time will be when I try to unsubscribe from their emails, which I am saving at this point to prove harassment. These people do not deserve to be in business and I strongly recommend to not purchase anything from their site. If you search the Internet, you will be dismayed at the number of bad reviews you will see.
