I have ordered an item from ecchitokyo, an eCommerce managed by Lingble. When my item failed to arrive because of customs they decided to send me another, free of charge. They followed my instructions for the 2nd one and maybe with luck included, I received it. Their customer service is just amazing and was helpful throughout the multiple contacts I did.

Will absolutely recommend, and heck, the items they sell that I was interested in are legit! I couldn’t find it from other stores I frequent. This is the first time I ordered from them and again, the whole experience was just superb.

When it comes to online shopping, no other service comes close to the Lingble/Denimio experience. I have always found them outstanding with communication during the purchase process and also when it comes to payments and returns. It makes the online shopping experience so easy and stress-free, and I am always confident there will be no issues at any stage. The Lingble team really values customer service and have always made sure I get the right product here in Australia………amazing it’s easier for me to buy online with Lingble than to walk to my local shop LOL

Superb range of Japanese denim, but more than just that, extremely good customer service. Using Denimio’s Live Chat to talk with one of their customer care team members, they guided me through measuring the dimensions on my own best-fitting pair of jeans, to then use those dimensions to order the right size for me. And it worked a treat. I have never had customer service this attentive anywhere else, online.

My experience with Lingble and Denimio has been great, they’re pretty good with any questions I’ve had over the last 5-6 pairs of denim I’ve ordered, and if they didn’t work out for me they never hesitate to refund or exchange for whatever reason. They have a great selection of brands and silhouettes to choose from so everyone can get something they want.

Denimio is in a class by itself! Knowing nothing about jeans, their 24/7 extremely capable staff of live chat reps have bestowed me with a top class education on my brand of choice, Oni. Their capacity to guide me to perfect sizes has made all the difference! Their unbeatable prices and free shipping, loyalty membership and cutting edge product, are all to rave about.

I live in California, so ordering Unsanforized Denim, or any denim really, online, is never the easiest process due to attempting to get the measurements one wants for a perfect fit!
I had conversations with Airi and Kai mainly over the course of a week or two, ultimately having two pairs of the same jean in different sizes measured for me, thus allowing me to choose between them to get the fit I wanted. This worked out perfectly. I took my time clarifying measurements, probably driving them in Japan a little crazy, but they were more than patient and beyond accommodating!
My jeans came quickly once I pulled the trigger on the pair I wanted. DHL is really great.
I also felt very confident that if there had been any problems, they would have been handled by the guys I had been dealing with during my purchasing process. Truly the best customer service.
Really happy here in California with my jeans, and due to the customer service, at least with Kai and Airi, with whom I dealt, and Denimio's great prices and fast, free shipping, there will be no hesitation ordering from them again in the future.

Great customer service from the Lingble team while shopping on the Japan Blue Jeans storefront. The delivery went without a hitch but I needed an exchange as I ordered too small of a size. Mark and Kai were able to help me out with the exchange very quickly. I was amazed at the customer service and how prompt and efficient the reps were.

I have placed two separate orders with Denimio. I was initially reluctant to buy jeans online, because you can't try them on, but Denimo's staff were fantastic at going the extra mile to make sure I ordered a pair that would fit properly. Their live support was very helpful, and made the process much easier than emailing back and forth (thanks very much, Airi, Kai and Greg!). I am in Canada, so the time difference meant that they were answering questions about jeans and taking my measurements at 3 am Japan time, talk about customer service! They were very knowledgable about denim from different brands, and how that would affect the fit of the jeans (Oni vs Big John in my case), and also had great tips about stretch, shrinkage and washing as well, if you're buying unsanforized jeans.
For both of my orders, the jeans arrived in under a week with free shipping. I could not be happier with the product and service provided by Denimio. I honestly don't think I could have got better customer service from an in person store visit in another shop. Great price, great staff, great jeans, what more could I want? Looking forward to buying more jeans from Denimio in the near future.

This a review of Denimio customer service.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a few days later received an email from FedEx telling me they had been delivered to my address and signed for by (insert name). I knew this wasn't true because no one had been in at my address on the day they said, and no one by that name lives at my address. (The name, I later learned, was a default of my first initial followed by my first name, e.g. D.David if my name was David. The first name was also spelled wrongly.)

Within a couple of hours of receiving the email I asked my neighbour to check if there was anything on the doorstep. They said there wasn't. The only explanation I could think of was that the product had been dumped on the doorstep, falsely reported by FedEx as signed for, and then stolen.

I have had one or two related experiences before where a seller had blamed the courier and the courier had basically said it was not their problem. I tried contacting FedEx but they hung up on me and ignored my email. But when I contacted Denimio they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they take the problem seriously but they took it on themselves to follow up with FedEx, a process which was as long-winded, frustrating and ultimately fruitless for them as it was for me. When FedEx finally admitted that my explanation was indeed the likeliest one and washed their hands of the matter, Denimio offered to refund the purchase in Denimio points (they would have simply replaced the product but it was out of stock).

TL;DR - Denimio put great effort into chasing up useless FedEx on my behalf and ultimately took the financial hit for a mistake that they were not at all responsible for. Very, very impressive.

There are several shops with denim clothing from Japan, but Denimio is my choice! The largest assortment, the lowest prices, the best service, the people who become your friends - Peter, Greg, Stan, Mark, Kai and all all all! I just want one thing - someday come to Japan and personally thank everyone and of course buy another pair of Japanese jeans!)

These guys have an amazing amount of products from great brands and at fantastic prices. the only thing that beats this is their customer service, especially the online chat while you're shopping, its very reassuring. If you are on the fence about buying clothes online, then its time to jump off and into a lovely pair of denim.
