Very good communication and professional service but not pushy.
I was shown over all the controls of the bike while having a nice cup of coffee as it was a particularly bad weather day when I picked up my new bike. Fraser, the sales person was very helpful.

Great customer service from all at Lings
I travelled 180miles to do a deal at lings and I wasn't disappointed. One small hiccup on bike preparation but the team sorted it all out in a friendly professional manner, I would definitely consider using Lings again

Visit Ling's Ipswich, you won't be disappointed
The team at Ling's Triumph Ipswich were great.
Leon and Peter handled my order and they couldn't have worked hard enough to get me the deal that allowed me to buy the bike.
I'm really happy with the bike, the help and communication I received from both Leon and Pete and on the day of collecting the bike, Fraser was very helpful and informative taking me through all the settings on the bike.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
There is always a good display of bikes and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had several bikes from Lings over many years and I always feel comfortable dealing with their team. Previously I have always bought Honda, but I find that it is more important to have a friendly and supportive dealership. Now that Triumph is Ling’s major brand, it is this more than anything that decided my switch to buying a Triumph and I am very pleased with this recent purchase.

Great service from Start to finish
Popped into the store last Saturday looking for a Street Triple RS, they had one available but wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but had a new one coming in for a part ex that afternoon. As soon as the bike came in Leon sorted out a video to send to me that afternoon and it must have been fate as was perfect. Leon was friendly, helpful throughout the process and 7 days later the bike is at home with me. All the staff in the shop were lovely throughout and always happy to help
