Website looks crazy but works very well especially the chat feature

Really good first experience as I needed a car quite quickly . Lingo team has been amazing in keeping me update with the progress and some of my change of mind lol !
I highly recommend them certainly use them again in 3 years time

Given how difficult it appears to get a car these days I was surprised how quickly Lings (Lily) found what I was looking for, availability confirmed the same day.
Then, over to guy who kept me up to speed all the way until the car was delivered yesterday.
From start to finish including car delivery was just over two months, far quicker than I had anticipated after being let down by other companies.
So, I would recommend Lings, I would use them again and would like to thank the Lings team for the excellent service.
Don’t be fooled by the crazy website, it’s a slick operation behind the scenes.

This is the second time I have dealt with Lings and once again was not disappointed. Quick and efficient service and helpful with every question I had. Would definitely recommend.

We just took receipt of our 2nd vehicle from LINGs and both time's we've received the best price, the best customer service AND the best laughs each time! Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the communication between all parties has been incredible. We will no doubt order a third vehicle when our lease comes to an end. I cannot recommend them highly enough so if you are in any doubt, take a leap of faith, navigate the insane website and find the car of your dreams!

Brilliant service as normal. We've been leasing with LingsCars for 13 years, with our fifth car arriving yesterday. Exceptional service, as always, but this time it was all done and dusted in just three weeks. We were going to have to go direct with Land Rover but thanks to their ridiculous lead times we went back to Lings and our backup option which has been a giant relief all round.

Really quite impressive that they can offer bob on customer service over such a a long time period and that it feels like you just pick up where you left off. Bravo Guy and Lily 👏

I have just taken delivery of my second car from Ling. All of her staff are very friendly and helpful and they respond quickly. Don't be put off by the whacky website, it is brilliant.

This was the latest in a long line of deals that I have taken up thru Lings. The service is brilliant, they all take great care to make things as easy and smooth as possible. Very happy with everything. Thoroughly recommend them

Love using Lings - we discovered them years ago when a main dealer advised they were a large competition for them, so have always used them to start our quote process. Honestly, they've always been cheaper - but we were put off by dealing with a broker and preferred a face to face service with a family friend. Until our contact at the main dealer left and the customer service levels dropped significantly...

So we recently bit the bullet and used them for 1 car, and have since bought a further 2 cars. All have been without issue and for an excellent monthly price we are very happy with and were unable to beat elsewhere.

Don't be put off by the 90's graphics and janky pop ups on the website - its a very clever marketing tactic to make them stand out and simplify car leasing. You send a quote request by a secure chat system and they get back to you quickly with replies, always.

I had trouble with the delivery lead time on my recent car (supply chain issue, nothing to do with Lings), but without prompting received regular updates which was very reassuring that I hadn't been forgotten!

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to everyone. I've not been paid to write this, just a very happy customer!!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Excellent, flawless communication. Cannot fault these guys at all. Slick, professional operation from friendly people - an absolute gem.

Can't fault the communication from Guy and the rest of the team . Never had any problems in all the time I've been using them . Will continue to do so .
The delivery of the vehicles is not an exact science . However, the rough timelime quoted has always been spot on .
Also, they simplify all the gobbledygook used by mainstream leasing sites which makes a huge difference.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lings cars.

Lily and Guy have been superb! Responding at weekends even and trying their very best for me.

Who would have thought getting a new car would be so easy. Totally seamless from application to delivery of the vehicle. Easy to use platform for uploading documentation and reading messages. Kept up to date with progress. Will definitely recommend

Even though cars are in short supply with longer lead times, Lings helped us find a stock vehicle at short notice for our budget.

The order process was straightforward, and the delivery went smoothly. The order and all communications are completed through a secure messaging app on their website.

Excellent experience start to finish, highly recommend as they make car leasing a simple process. The website is a nightmare of colour and flash but stippled back I just click where I need to go and blank out the rest!

A great experience from LingsCars, communication was extremely quick, I would say every 5mins I would get a response. Ordered a ID3 and 2 weeks later it was delivered. Much better than a 12 month wait time from others. I shopped around and asked questions but LingsCars found a car I was after and answered my questions and their professionalism was superior to other leasing companies. No pressure, no sleaze, great stuff! Would highly recommend!
