Ordering and payment were easy, book arrived before the original delivery date. Two small negatives: a longer sample would have been useful to decide on purchasing, and the price was quite high. But in terms of efficiently delivering what was advertised it gets five stars.

I didn't recieve my order confirmation…
I didn't recieve my order confirmation at first, but I reached to the customer support team and they were able to help me and send me the email the day after. This interaction was positive. On the other hand, I was never able to track my order in the springer web page using my order number, so I didn't have any idea of the status of my order until the delivery service contacted me two weeks later to notify me that it would be delivered the day after.
